I walked through passport control and saw in front of me, my first and only love- Nina Martin. She stood there looking beautiful as always wearing a floral top, denim shorts and vans. Her was different though. It was still the same colour but it was longer by about 4 or 5 inches and she had a fringe. Nina always said how she hated fringes- maybe she changed her style.

She was holding a sign saying my name in her fancy writing which she knew I adored. The question I had was how did she know I was coming to find her? That didn't matter because she started running towards me. I quickly dropped my bags and embraced her in a bear hug spinning her around while doing so.
"Fabian!!!" she said just before I put her down. "I get motion sickness. stop unless you want my throw up down your back". How I missed her sweet American accent.
I finally gave in to save myself from being covered in vomit. I stared into her beautiful green eyes as she stared into mine. I really wanted to kiss her but I resisted.
Nina's POV
I stared into his crystal blue eyes as he stared back. We must have been there for about 2 minutes looking like complete idiots to everyone else. I finally decided to speak up.
"Eddie told me you were coming. He also said that he lost his Osirion powers and that you'll explain everything" my voice was shaky but not of nerves. I was never nervous around Fabian. He is my best friend. It was shaky because I was so excited.
"Ah yes well we'll save that for another day." he said. "I missed you Nina. Not having you around was like torture. I had no one for the first few days. I lashed out at Eddie because I thought you and him had a summer romance." He laughed at the last bit and I giggled.
"What?! No I would never. It would be too weird considering the situation." I said and immediately regretted. I was about to tell him that me and Eddie are related but I am deciding to tell the rest of the house with Eddie.
"What situation?" He had to ask didn't he.
"That can wait- this can't" I kissed him for the first time in a year. He kissed back and I knew he still loved me. He broke the kiss and said
"Your boyfriend won't like that."
"Fabes, I don't have a boyfriend. The thought of even moving on made me burst into tears. I never wanted to break up in that letter but I had to in case I never saw you again." As I said that a tear trickled down my cheek.
Fabian's POV
I wiped the tear from Nina's cheek using my thumb. She never moved on. How could I be so stupid to even think that she had a girlfriend.
"Well, what about your girlfriend? She won't agree to the kiss" she broke the silence.
"Nina, I don't have a girlfriend. Well that depends" I replied. I knew what I was about to do.
Nina's POV
Fabian got on one knee.
"Nina Martin, will you be my girlfriend?" he asked me. I missed his British accent so much.
"Of course Mr Rutter" I giggled. He stood up and we kissed again. The sparks came and I never wanted it to end.
