The news went erratic after P. John Carter's demise. All news mediums lined up in front of his dwelling trying to get fundamental information on the causes of this act of barbarity. Detective Edgar Nixon and Gus Fox were on the case about this doubtful mystery. When departing the place Edgar Nixon told the media a few thing, "It may be a either a well-planned murder or a horribly planned suicide ". They left the site without conveying any other information.
News channels were overloaded about this crisis. ABC premiered a special show featuring a special guest. It revealed the true secrets behind this murder. ABC's David Muir started things off:
David Muir: Welcome every one, as we start things off can we pray for the demise of P. John Carter and convey our deepest condolences to his family. May his soul rest in peace. Getting back on point, I invited a very special guest for this premier show. Can you please welcome Mrs. Carter!
She walked in the room, holding her tears trying not to cry in front of national TV. She was the dead back to life.
David Muir: I'm sorry for calling you on the wrong time but I'm glad that you could make it.
Mrs. Carter: No it's fine.
She said it ungratefully.
David Muir: Ok so on with our show! Were you at the house when the murder of John Carter happened?
Mrs. Carter: No I wasn't at home and I don't think this is a murder. It looks completely staged. John is a complete psychopath and I know this was a suicide.
The crowd went mute
David Muir: What makes you think that this was a suicide?
Mrs. Carter: I know about my husband. He is a illiterate selfish animal and was trying to cheat the minds of the society.
David Muir: Your husband has done so much but still you call him a illiterate selfish animal?
Mrs. Carter: You don't know about what this animal has done. He took his own decision and it was for the better.
Mrs. Carter started getting emotional. She was tearing up.
David Muir: Ok, enough heard from Mrs. Carter. Let's get into a small commercial break and come back shall we!
David Muir did not expect these irrational words to come out from Mrs. Carters mouth. It was totally unexpected but he still continued considering it had good coverage.
David Muir: Ok now back from the break and the story is getting very interesting! So tell me Mrs. Carter is there any evidence this is a suicide not a murder.
Mrs. Carter: No I don't have any evidence but the closest person that knows John is me. Do you think that I would not know if this is a murder or suicide? John is a maniac and he had gone wherever he wanted to go.
David Muir: Ok fairly said. Is there any chance of telling us why he wanted to suicide?
Mts. Carter: Because he knew that he would never be like his father.
The crowd were silenced. Enough had been said.
David Muir: Ok, that's enough for today's show. We saw how Mrs. Carter reflected to this situation here and it was really surprising. See you later in future episodes!
David Muir was astonished at what this women had said. She had twisted the tale and explained it in her point of view. Detective Gus and Edgar were bewildered but still were not convinced it was a suicide. They had to account all the possibilities in their hand of confirming this mystery.
