Ah, What a relaxing day. The birds chirping outside, the cool breeze whipping through the city, and my favorite part of all- being forced out of my own house at 5 am.
My old friends Mabel and Dipper invited me to stay over at there place for the summer and my parents couldn't wait to get me out of the house. Sure, they're loving parents, but if they get a chance for me to go out of the house- trust me, they'll take it.
Yesterday, I already loaded the car with my necessities and clothes n such, so really all I had to do was just get in the car, which is great.
Stepping into the car, I then relaxed myself against the soft fabric of the back seat and waited for my mom to exit the house. My dad, who was also in the car, waited along side me- but he was quite used to her taking a long time.
"(Y/n)! do you have everything packed?" My mother shouted from inside the house. I sighed "Yes! I checked last night and before I left to go to the car. Everything's packed"
"..Okay. I'll be out in a bit"
"k!"

A few minutes later, my mom hurried into the car and started it. I looked out the window as we started to pull off.
'I wonder what Gravity falls is going to be like' I think to myself.
Hopefully it's better than our last trip. Two years ago we went camping because my dad thought it would be 'fun'. He was actually right, being eaten alive by insects, feeling like someone's watching you, and sleeping with bugs crawling on you is fun.
Going to Gravity Falls from where I live would probably take approximately 7 hours to get there, so I decided to doze off.

"(Y/n)! get up! We're hear, hun".
I woke up with a start and immediately look out the window. There stood the Mystery.. Hack? Oh nevermind, the 's' just fell off.
I stepped out of the car to get my things from out of the trunk. Once, I was finished, my mom gave me a quick hug. "Have fun with your friends! And don't forget to call" She said. Though I'm sure she wouldn't want me to bother her as she's having valuable time alone from me.
I hug back and make my way to the door. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to knock, but I did anyway.
A few seconds later, I was faced with an old man wearing a fez. "Welcome to the Mystery Shack! Feel free to put your money in this not-at-all weird sack!" He said while nudging a bag with a money sign on it.
"Um.. I'm friends of Mabel and Dipper..? I was supposed to come over for the summer" I said nervously. There was no going back, my mom already pulled off.
"Ohh! You must be (y/n), heh, sorry about that. I'm the twin's Grunkle Stan. Well, come in!. Mabel! Dipper! Your friend's here!" He said while calling them.
Fast footsteps were heard and a pink blur ran past Stan, which ended up with me on the ground. "(Y/NNNNNN)!!!" They screamed. I know that voice, It was Mabel Pines. I tried to hug her back in my current position "Mabel!!" I laughed.
Followed by her, was Dipper, the only difference was he walking towards me at a much slower pace. He saw Mabel suffocating me and came over to drag her off of me.
"(y/n)!" Mabel shouted again. "Thank god your here!. We totally missed you like crazy! Especially Dipping Sause over here" She said while pointing to him.
Dipper turned away a little. "Who could blame me? (Y/n)'s a good friend.
Mabel had on her hands over her eyes as what as she would call 'Skepticals'. "Right.."

Dipper huffed in embarrassment and changed the subject. "Wanna see our room? We have an air mattress for you so don't worry, you wont have to sleep on the floor" He joked awkwardly.
I smiled "Sure, my arms are killing me with these bags"
"Then what are we waiting for! Up the stairs!" Mabel cheered as she raced up the stairs. We walked after her and soon, we were in their room.
"Woahh, your room is so cool!" I said while looking around the space. From their window, there was a pretty cool view.
"Yeah I guess" Dipper shrugged.
I set my things beside the little bed that was set up for me.
"I have an idea" Mabel squealed. "Lets take (Y/n) downstairs so she can meet everyone! How does that sound (y/n)?"
"It sounds fine. Let's go" I agreed.
She pulled me down the stairs and through q door that says 'Staff Only'. We walk through it to see a Red haired girl, a middle aged man with a question mark shirt, and another old man that looks like Stan?
"(Y/n), this is Wendy, Soos, And our other Grunkle, Ford. Guys, this (y/n)."
"Sup, (Y/n)"
"What's up, dude?"
"Hello, (Y/n)"
I smiled and waved at the three. Wendy turned her attention to me, and off of her magazine. "So, (Y/n), where are ya from"
"Oh, I'm from (c/n)"
"Nice"
Dipper came from upstairs and smiled when he saw me. "(Y/n), we were going to go to town in a few minutes, did you want to join us?" He questioned while rubbing his arms.
"Sure! Lemme just grab my phone" I said while running up the stairs once again.
'Where did I leave that darn thing' I wondered, looking under the things that I placed earlier on the mattress.
Fortunately, I found it and turned around to go back downstairs, but I had a feeling someone was watching me, so I looked behind me.
Nothing.
That was a little weird, but I shook it off and met Mabel and Dipper at the front door so we could leave.
