-(y/n)'s pov-

It's a little past noon and we're right about to enter the town. Mabel excitedly looks at everything and pulls me to multiple stores she's been to.

Dipper awkwardly walks behind us, most likely because we've only really been in clothing stores. I chuckle to myself and keep walking.

"Oooohhh!" Mabel gleems, eyes wide. "Let's go to greasy's diner!, they have the besttt food!"

Dipper raises an eyebrow at her. "And how do you suggest to pay?"

"Yourpayingthebilldipperi'mgonnarunwhileyouprocessthissentencebyyeee!!" She says quickly as she grabs my hand and runs to the diner, practically dragging me. I could faintly hear Dipper ranting in the background about how he always has to pay whenever they go here.

Me and Mabel -before Dipper came in the diner- picked out a booth to sit in, it had a nice little window too.

Dipper came in moments later and sat across from us and glared at Mabel, in which she  returned with a closed eyed smile.

A waitress with one eye closed came over. "So, what can I get for you three kids, heh"

"I would like a glass of water, and one billion pancakes please!" Mabel said while grinning.

"Mabel.." Dipper said while rolling his eyes.

"Okay.. I'll only get 5, (y/n)?, what do you want?"

I looked at the menu. "I'll have (f/d) and (f/f)"

"I'll also have lemonade and 3 waffles" Dipper said.

"Okay, it should be ready in 15 minutes!" The waitress said as she scurried off.

"So.. (Y/n)! Do you have a boyfriend?~" Mabel cooed in my ear, probably using this to pass time.

"Nope" I shook my head.

"Awee, but why?? You're super pretty! Y'know what? That's gonna be my mission; find (Y/n) a boyfriend!."

Dipper budded in, "Mabel, calm down. M-maybe she doesn't have one for a reason?"

Mabel smirked. "Oooor, maybe you don't want me to find one for her because you want her to pay all of her attention to you!"

He turned a shade of scarlet and slouched in his seat. "Mabel! I just.. Think, that (Y/n) should make her own decision of who she wants to be with, that's all."

"MMHMMMM" Mabel said, her 'specktacles' rising once more.

Dipper huffed and turned away. The waitress returned with our food. "Here ya go!" She smiled as she handed each of us our food.

As soon as Mabel received hers, she dug in- as well as me and Dipper. Man, the food sooo good here. I wonder I can just marry my plate-

"So, (y/n)-" Mabel said with her mouth half full.

"Mabel can you please finish your food before you talk?" Dipper said

"Nope!" She said, covering some of Dipper with the food bits that flew out her mouth.

His face was full of disgust as he repeatedly scrubbed his face with a napkin.

Mabel, who had a face full of pride, returned to her question. "As I was saying, so far, how do you like it here"

I smiled. "It's really beautiful, I've never really been introduced to nature since my house is in the city n such"

She clamped her hands together. "Then that settles it, we're going for a walk in the forest after we leave here"

"Sounds good" I agreed and Dipper nodded his head.

Soon we finished and Mabel was the first one out the door. "Come on!" She pleaded impatiently.

"Im coming, im coming" I joked while glaring "Dipper, hurry your self up". He looked at me and continued the pace he was going. Really, Dip?

Mabel suggested that she could take us to a 'special place' she found, and that's were we've been going -and trying to find- for the last hour. Dipper suggested we go back, but everytime he said that, Mabel started ranting about how she knew where we were and that we we're 'almost there'. We've been 'almost there' for about 45 minutes.

Also, for that past 45 minutes, I've been hearing little pleading whispers. I don't think I've gone crazy yet so maybe we're not alone?

"Dip? Are you hearing this?" I whisper to him.

"Hear what, (y/n)?"

Ah Jesus, I think I might have gone crazy. Whoops.

"N-nothing! Nothing. Heh, nevermind" I tried to cover it up so he wouldn't think im.. You know.. Special.

"No, tell me. Trust me, I don't think your crazy. Lots of weird things happen in this town.

That response makes me feel a little more better.

"It's just that I keep hearing this little voice in my head" I explain.

He ponders and then looks back at me. "Hm..-"

"Were here!" Mabel interrupts.

Infront of us were.. More trees?

I walked 3 miles to see trees?!

"I could've swore it was right here" Mabel said, her tone laced with confusion.

"Well, there isn't" Dip sighed. "What were you looking for?"

"Well.." She looked up to the sky and spun around. "There were all kinds of bright little lights, oh it was super pretty!, there were stones and crystals and shiny things with a nice creek.. but.. Now it's gone"

"The weird thing is, everything, -even the creek a nd crystals- was shaped like triangles"
