Shine's Dark Past {Edited!}

Dusk's bravery

 Dusk ran to the Eevee which is causing havoc and terror to the kingdom.

 " Hey! What are you doing stealing and killing my subjects!? I've been watching you, you know! " Dusk growled, gritting his teeth.

 " Well if it isn't princy boy! " Shine said with a giggle. " What are you doing here, alone without your parents? " She asked, a wicked smile plastered across her face.

 That statement made Dusk shiver. " That's none of your concern. I am strong and can make you faint in one hit! " Dusk shot back.

 " Feeling brave now, are you? I'd like to see you try! " Shine challenged.

 " Okay. You ask for it! " Dusk replied then used take down but Shine dodged it swiftly. " What? B-But how!? " Dusk asked in shock.

 " You really don't know anything, do you!? Do you really think that I would just stand here and take it!? " Shine growled.

 Dusk gulped, he was scared. He thought He could do it. His mother depended on him. Tears started streaming down the Prince's eyes, making Shine's eyes widened in shock.

 " Oh great. I just made him cry..." She paused. " ...typical. "

 Dusk stopped crying and looked at Shine, his eyes red from all that crying. " Why do you have to do this!? " He asked.

 " Curious little prince. Why would I tell you? You best be on your way. " Shine said then she ran quickly.

 " Wait! " Dusk shouted but he was too late. She was out of his sight.

 Dusk returned to the castle, guilty of his failure to ask the dangerous yet mysterious eevee.

 " Didn't went well, I supposed? " King Platinum asked worriedly. The young prince nodded.

 " Hey, at least you're alive. She would normally kill anybody who gets in her way. " King Platinum said, hugging his son.

 Pearl came in and saw Platinum hugging her son.

 " I'm sorry mom...I failed. " Dusk said, guilty.

 " It's okay, you did your best. Who knows, maybe you will encounter encounter her next time. " Pearl encouraged her son.

 " Yeah. Maybe I can. " Dusk replied, determined.
