CHAPTER 2: THE FLIGHT AND TIME KEEPER

Xiumin was on his way home when he noticed this group of man hitting a young boy while lying on the ground. He felt pity for the man and went near them to rescue the guy.  

"Please!! ~ Stop!!! ~~ Please! I'm begging! Don't hurt me!" Said the boy, the group of man severely continued beating him using a bulky piece of wood as they we're all laughing at him. 

"HEY! STOP THAT!" Yelled Xiumin who was fiercely standing at their back and stared at them aggresively. All of them stopped and looked at him with their scary glares, Xiumin stand their fearlessly and was not moved with their demonic presence. One man tottled in front and said, "Who the hell are you?" His voice was so virile and his face was expressionless. 

"LET HIM GO!" 

"And why would I do that?" 

"BECAUSE I SAID SO!" 

"Kris hyung, we'll finish him off for you." One of the guy said. 

"I did'nt ask you to do that for me. FOOL!" The man was startled and crouched at where he is standing. 

"Do you really have to do such heroic act as this? This won't do you good kid. Now if I we're you, I'll just walk away from here and pretend that you haven't seen anything. This man right here. . . " as he was pointing to the man lying on the ground,  "he did something unforgivable that's why he is being punished. . . . . . . . he needs to pay." 

"Either way! It's too unfair when he can't fight back, besides his too young!"

"You think we care kid? pffft. ~ he's a trash." Xiumin can't take any of this anymore, they are demons and heartless and for him they should be punished. He dropped his bag on the ground and directly attacked Kris but he was protected by the other members. Two mans who were holding a pole tried to beat him up but Xiumin was able to dodge it and he gave them a powerful punch on the face. The other members attacked together and Xiumin was able to dodge it again and gave them a quick hit on the stomach and a kick on their body. They all fell on the ground and only two man remain standing, Kris and Tao. 

"Tao. Give him a lesson." Ordered Kris. He picked the wood on the ground and attacked Xiumin directly. Xiumin was able to evade his attack and went at Tao's back to kick him but Tao was able to dodge it and used the wood to batter Xiumin in the head. Xiumin fell on the ground and his head started bleeding. Tao went near him and raised his hands and planned to hit him in the head again but Xiumin was able to grab unto something and before Tao was able to hit him, he cuffed him on his stomach and Tao loose his grip on the wood he is holding. Xiumin gave him a sturdy punch and down he fell in the ground. 

Though his body hurts he was able to move and walked towards the boy who was beaten up awhile ago, "Hey, can you stand up?" asked Xiumin. The boy responded and stood up, Xiumin assist him and started walking, he grabbed his bag and was planning to leave the place but before they we're able to do so, Kris spoked, "Your good, do you want to join our gang?" 

"No thanks." 

"You'll regret that." Xiumin continued walking and didn't pay attention with what Kris said. 

Minutes later, they were able to reach a hospital and the boy was treated their and so as he. He's bruises on his face and his head were all treated. The boy he helped was now resting on a room and so he decided to leave.

The next morning, Xiumin was planning to show Hanna his favorite place, he sneaked out of their room and went to Hanna's room. Luckily Hanna was outside and was talking to her classmates and so he approached her. Hanna was surprised seeing Xiumin full of bumps on his face.
