My vote is and always has been Percy...!!!
I mean he has survived through a lot of threats.. He fought Kronos and his titan army with like 50 or 51 demigods... On the other hand Jason fought with a titan with a well trained army of about 200 demigods... Percy became Preator after a little time... On the other hand Jason was at CJ since he was two and after training and whatnot he became the preator... And most importantly PERCY WAS TO TARTARUS- FREAKING TARTARUS- AND SURVIVED...!!!
So yeah.
