Chapter 3: Midtown Science High School

MONDAY - I woke up at 6:45
I'm guessing that's the time I should be waking up to go to school.

Shoot!

I still don't know what school I am going to.
I still have to ask Amy.
"Bella are you ready?! I made breakfast and we all have to be leaving in a couple of minutes!" Amy shouted from down stairs.
Crap! So I'm guessing I shouldn't be waking up at this time. * I thought to my self*
"Um... uh. Yeah! I'll be down there in a couple of minutes!"
"Shit!" I screamed whispered.
I quickly put on an under shirt with a navy blue hoodie, while putting on some black jeans, and some navy blue converse.
I quickly brushed my teeth in the bathroom, until I looked at myself in the mirror.
I still have my hair in a messy bun!
I quietly snuck back into my room again, and quickly brushed my hair.
I left my hair down because I was in a hurry.
I ran down stairs, until I realized I was forgetting something.
I was forgetting my backpack!
"Crap" I said quietly.
So I quickly ran back up stairs and grabbed my black JanSport backpack.
Then ran back down stairs to go eat breakfast.
I was out of breath by the time I sat down on the chair.
"What took you so long?" Jason asked me.
"Um... I woke up at the wrong time." I said while giving him a grin.
*Chuckles* " We all have to be up at 5:45 and we have to leave the house by 7:20."
"And it took you like 18 minutes to get down here. Good job! It usually takes Gaby a whole year to get down, that's why she wakes up earlier than us."
"Hey! I can hear you."
"I know" He starts smiling while Gaby rolls her eyes.
We both start laughing.
Amy hands me my eggs and I start to eat them quickly, after I'm finished. I start to drink some water.
And then I quickly brushed my teeth again.
"Ok, guys!? We have to get out of the house in about 10 minutes!"
"Ok!"
We all say at the same time.
It was now 7:10.
" Bella. Do you have a skateboard or something."
"Why?"
"Because I don't have a car. And if you don't have a skateboard, I'll  have to give you some bus money."
"Oh. No,no,no. I have a skateboard."
I said quickly because she was about give me some money.
"Oh, ok."
"Well, I got to give you all some lunch money."
Amy gives us all each 10 dollars.
We all say thank you.
After that I start running up the stairs again, to get my skateboard.
"Ok! Let's go!"
We all start going our separate ways.
I was about to go until Amy said.
"Um... Bella are you forgetting something?"
She said while holding up my backpack.
"Oh, shoot. Yeah. I uh, forgot ."
I said smiling sheepishly.
"Oh! I forgot. The high school you are going to is Midtown Science High School. Do u need any directions while skating there?"
"No! I already know where that is."
One time I came to New York and saw that High School around here when I was little.
She started walking away while I started putting my backpack on both my shoulders, while putting my hoodie over my head, after that I put my earphones in one ear while putting the other earphone over my other ear.
Then I started skating to Midtown Science High School.
I went on my Spotify and the first song that played was No Sense by Justin Bieber ft. Travis Scott. *Play the song*
I heard that the bell rang in that high school is at like 8:30.
I checked the time it was 7:29.
"God damn it! I've got to get to school in time."
I started skating faster.

****** At the High School******

I MADE it on time.
The time was 7:39.
It took me like ten minutes to get here.
I walked inside the school, it was huge!
I had to go to the main office, to go and get my schedule for my classes.
I didn't know where the main office was so I asked this girl that was standing right next to me.
I tapped her shoulder and she turned around.
"Hi, um can you tell me where the Main Office is?"
"Yeah. Just keep going straight take a right turn and second door to the left. You'll see the sign saying 'Main Office' on top of the door."
"Ok. Thank you."
"No problem."
She went back talking to her friends, while I just kept on walking to the Main Office.
I finally made it to the Main Office and walked up to the front desk lady and asked.
"Hey, I'm here for my schedule.Ms....Jackson?"
I said while trying to read her name tag.
"Yes. Bella hunter is it?"
"Yeah."
"Here's your schedule and your locker number, the passcode is also there."
"Ok. Thanks."
"You are very welcome. Have a good day."
"Yeah, I'll try."
She starts smiling.
I start to find my locker number 25.
That's probably around the corner.
I see locker 19,22... ah hah! I found it!
Locker 25!
I don't even know why I took the time to look for my locker.
I literally don't have anything in my book bag.
Just a notebook, a binder, pens and pencils.
*Bell Rings*
I check my schedule to see what's my first period.
History: Room 226.
"Are you serious?!" I didn't even know where the Main Office was. Do you think I'm going to know where Room 226 is? No! The answer is no! I'm not going to know where that class is.
I thought to myself.
I have no time to walk.
I'm going to ride my skateboard and look for my first period.
I started riding my skateboard down the halls reading the numbers on the doors' 116..,120.., until I passed an old man screaming out to me.
"Hey! You shouldn't be riding that in the halls!"
I got scared and started riding faster.
He started chasing me.
Shit * I thought to myself.*
While the old man was chasing me, I was looking at the numbers on the doors.
I see Jason about to walk inside his class until he looks at me smiling while he sees me on the skateboard and sees the old man chasing after me. While I just say.
"Hey" I said while giving him a wave and a smile.
"Wow! Bella, it's your first day coming here and you are already getting in trouble! Bad Ass!"
Jason shouts at me,while I'm still skating.
"I know right!" I shouted back while laughing.
"Watch your mouth!" The old man said to Jason.
"My bad!" Jason shouted back to the old man before walking into his class.
I lost the old man, when I took a sharp turn.
And I started reading the numbers on the doors again.
220....,224...,226!
Yes!
I got off my skateboard and started walking up to the classroom door.
The second when I opened the door the bell rang.
I put my skateboard by the classroom door, until I looked around and see a teacher looking at me.
"Hey. Um, Ms.....Williams. I'm a new student. My name is Bella Hunter."
I said to her while I was trying to find her name on my schedule.
"Ah, yes. I forgot I was getting a new student."
".....Uh,yeah."
"Ok! Class, this is Bella Hunter. She is going to be your new classmate."
She said that while I just waved.
"Um, do me favor and take your hoodie off your head."
"Ok."
I leaned my head back and the hoodie came off.
"Not like that."
"Oh, ok."
I put my hoodie over my head again and took it off my head with both of my hands.
I turned to her and gave her a smile saying *Happy now?*
"Ha,ha. Very funny. Take a seat."
She said to me with a little hint of sarcasm.
Everyone started laughing at what I just did.
I sat down at the back of the room ,while she started teaching us about the past and stuff.
I started to get really tired so I fell asleep.
Luckily there were like 32 students in this room.
