(Y/n)'s P.O.V:

I woke up at around 3:45am to my stomach rumbling. I thought I was just hungry, so I decided to go get something to eat. But when I got out of bed, I felt sick, so I ran to the bathroom. When I got to the bathroom, I opened the toilet seat and started throwing up. 'Why is this happening? What did I eat yesterday?' I thought to myself.

Sans' P.O.V:

I woke up to the sound of splashing in the bathroom, so I got up and went to investigate. I saw my girlfriend, (Y/n) over the toilet. "*Yawn* Babe? What are you doing up so earl- whoa! Oh my go- hey hey hey, calm down it's ok," I said trying to calm her down. 'That's disgusting...' I thought to myself. After she was done throwing up, I asked "What's got ya sick babe?" "O-oh it's n-nothing..." She stammered. "Don't be Hiding anything from me (Y/n)." I replied. (Y/n) looked like she was gonna cry. I sighed. "It's ok if you don't wanna talk about it right now. You can go wash your mouth out, then after breakfast, we can talk about it later ok?" She nodded. "Okay."

(Y/n)'s P.O.V:

I was eating breakfast with Sans, Papyrus, and Frisk. 'I hope Sans doesn't ask about earlier in front of everyone' I thought. Too late. "Now (Y/n) , you gotta tell me what's going on." Sans said. Papyrus and Frisk had confused looks on their faces. "B-but I c-" I was cut off by Sans. "No but's (Y/n). Please, tell me." "What's going on?" Frisk signed, (SIGN LANGUAGE 0: ) still confused. Sans told them everything about you throwing up this morning. "I'm just worried (Y/n)." He finished. I sigh and mumbled, "I'm p........n....t" "What? Speak louder Human." Papyrus said. "I'M PREGNANT!" I shouted. Probably so loud, that the monsters in hotland could hear me. Everyone looked at me in shock. I sat back down and started to cry. "Hey sshhh, it's ok babe I'm not mad." Sans said, trying to comfort me. "I'm just shocked that... I'm gonna be a father," he started to cry a little bit. He hugged me tight, and stroked his fingers threw my (H/c) hair. "I'm going to be a uncle!" Papyrus said, proudly. "And I'm gonna be an auntie!... i think?" Frisk signed, joining in. "I love you guys." I said. "We love you too (Y/n)."

Le time skip...

(you are now 6 months pregnant)

"It's almost time for the ultra sound babe," Sans had woken me up. "We should start leaving soon." "Ok Sansy." I said, slowly getting up. We walked outside the house. "Don't worry, I know a shortcut.." Sans said. We walked threw some bushes, then, somehow, we were in front of Alphys' lab. I knocked on the door. Then, Mettaton opened the door. "Hello darlings~" He said. "Follow me, I know where Alphys is.~" He took us down stairs into a room where Alphys was.

Mini tem skip cuz I'm lazy...

"Ok, there's one andd... two! Congrats! You're having twins (Y/n)!" "WHAT??!?!?!!" me and Sans shouted. Then Sans fainted. I giggled. "So all this time I've been eating for three..."

Tem skip...

It was time. My water broke and Sans was rushing me to Alphys' lab. He banged on the once we got there. Alphys opened the door. "What do you want Sa-" "THE BABIES ARE COMING RIGHT NOW!" He cut Alphys off.
"Come inside quick!" She said. I started to moan in pain. "Hurry!"
3-5hrs later...

Two beautiful babies where born that day. A little boy named (B/n), and a little girl named (G/n). Toriel, Papyrus, Undyne, Mettaton, Flowey, and Frisk all came to visit. "Aww their soooo cute!" Frisk signed. Everyone else gave gifts and congratulated me and Sans. "I love you Sans." I whispered. "I love you too (Y/n)"
