We packed our bags on the day to go to school.
"Are you sure about this?!" Kai muttered
"Sensei is!" I replied cheerfully
"I have a bad feeling about this..." Kai murmured as we picked up our bags and walked out of the bounty. That day, Cole combed his hair really nicely, Jay packed all his video games, Kai packed all his Ninja gi and his makeup supplies, Zane packed all his books and stationary and Nya packed her... actually, I don't really know, girls have THEIR secrets... Anyways, I packed my comics, my sweets, my pens and pencils, my phone, and my ninja clothes. When we were all ready, we picked up our bags and walked to Wishing Wood.
"Stop playing with your phone, Kai, be more sociable!" Cole said as he nudged Kai.
"I never wanted to go in the first place, so I'm not gonna cooperate," Kai said coldly, still staring at the rectangular screen. I sighed, maybe it was best if we stayed back, but it was Sensei's order. Every order from Sensei had to be obeyed.
"Don't make the worst out of everything, Kai," I said
"It's no time to quote from Sensei, Lloyd. This whole thing is just one big mistake. Why the heck must we go to SCHOOL?! We're already mature. If you ask me, I think the reason Sensei asked us to go, is because of you, Lloyd," Kai said bitterly
"What?! Why?!" I asked as I stopped dead in my tracks
" You are the only one who needs education, Lloyd, you're the youngest. AND we are forced to go with you. Nya and I could already make a living WITHOUT education. Why do we need it now?!" Kai argued
"But, Kai..." I tried
"Whatever, I don't care, Nya's going so I'll go. Don't care about me, let me do my own things. AND mind your OWN business" Kai shouted, with that, he continued typing on his phone.
"Lloyd! We've reached! The middle of Wishing Wood!" Nya yelled, motioning for me to come closer.
"Now what do we do?" Jay asked. I did what Sensei Wu instructed without further ado.
