I gave chase to Salty Steve and soon ended up loosing him. I was bushed. I had to stop. I thought to myself, "Heck, you're at a carnival. Enjoy yourself a while." I stopped inside a little frozen yogurt shop. I was so hungry. I indulged in tasting every delicious flavor they had. It was so good, just thinking about it makes me smile.
But, my fun came to an end when Randrew called me on the walkie-talkie. "Hey, have you caught him yet?" I did not respond, rather I decided to throw the walkie-talkie into the yogurt, thus causing it to short-circuit.
I left the yogurt shop and looked around at how beautiful everything was at night. Then, a nearby fountain came on. It was pretty, turning many different colors. Did Sonnie make it? Then, music started playing. I couldn't help but dance. I was finally enjoying myself. It was all worth it now. But, there was one problem: Salty Steve was still on the loose. I finally spotted him on top of one of the buildings. I used a grappling hook to get up there. "You're too late, Bandrew." he exclaimed evilly, "I'm going to sprinkle salt on all of the carnival confections!"
"You'll never get away with it" I replied, "This ends now!"
I got out my stick I used to beat the bees with from earlier. Then, an epic battle insued. Salty Steve jumped from building to building, with me close behind. He started throwing museum artifacts at me. I caught them, and gently sat them down. He eventually ran out. Absolutely furious, Steve went full on rampage, punching and kicking me. I retaliated. But then, he daringly performed a back flip onto a ferris wheel car. He got inside. Using my subpar martial arts, I leapt from one ferris wheel car to the next, trying to pursue. I eventually did catch up to him at the main top, and opened the door to get inside. In this tiny compact space, there was nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. It was an intense, bloody battle.
Meanwhile, a couple named Connie and Andrew Waddle were in the ferris wheel car below. "We are the greatest lovers in the world" Connie cooed. Then, they noticed the car in which the fight was going on, which was rocking violently. "I don't think we are." Waddle replied. "They seem like better lovers than us" Making this even worse was the fact that salt was spilling out of the car door. "Yeah, you're right." Connie sighed.
I finally knocked Salty Steve out just as the ferris wheel came to a halt. After the police came and arrested Salty Steve, I was proud that I accomplished my first alone mission. I really did want to see my friends though. I was satisfied with myself.... until I remembered that I had to walk back to my bike.
