"Merry Christmas Jesse!" Aurora yelled running into his bedroom.

"G' way," He pulled his pillow over his head grumbling.

"Nope! Get up sleepy head! We're having family Christmas in my living room, and I'm not allowed to open presents til you get there!" She went to her brothers' side shaking him indignantly.

"Rora, you are 16 years old. You can wait let me sleep." He shifted rolling away from her shaking.

"Nope, I can't wait so you have to get up now." She pulled off his pillow shield pulling her infamous puppy dog eyes.

"Alright, alright! I'm up. Hold your horses." He sat up rubbing his eyes, suddenly he was smacked in the head by a flying piece of fabric. It was his binder that Aurora had slingshotted at him. "Thanks," he said dryly face covered by the binder as she giggled from the door frame.

Jesse followed his hyperactive sister like a zombie trailing behind her shuffling as she leads the way to her parents' private rooms.

"Who let her have caffeine?" He asked as soon as he entered the rooms finding Jack, Gabe Ana Reinhardt, and Fareeha all sitting in the small living room a Christmas tree in the corner the adults on the couches and chairs while Fareeha and now Aurora sat on the floor.

"Unfortunately Jack did because it's the holidays" Gabe leaned half asleep on his husband who gave him a shit-eating grin in response.

"Right, when she gets off this sugar high I'm just going to dump her in your office then." Jesse sat on the floor next to Aurora resting his back against the couch. Gabe and Ana chuckled at Jack's newly proclaimed fate. Aurora was a beast after her coffee wore off she got goofy and became a handful even for Jesse.

"Shush Jesse, you get to go first." Aurora started handing out all the gifts playing Santa Claus, then all eyes turned to Jesse.

"Open yours last Mijo" Gabe instructed, Jesse, set that package aside. From Ana and Reinhardt he got a gun cleaning kit for Peacekeeper and a cookbook (No doubt Reinhardt's idea.) Fareeha had given him a dark red serape which he immediately slung around his shoulders. Auroras present was a small box when he opened it a shining metal Overwatch symbol gleamed in the light of the Christmas tree, he picked it up. On the back, there was an engraving. " For the greatest big brother anyone could ask for I love you Jesse- Rora"

"It's for your hat." Jesse pulled Aurora into a sudden hug his chest growing tight.

"Thanks, sis." He muttered into her hair. She grinned punching his shoulder affectionately.

Next came Gabe and Jacks present which was a flat envelope. Jesse's eyes went wide as he read the contents of the envelope, he reread it just to make sure he wasn't imagining things.

"No way, no way." He breathed turning to look up at Gabe and Jack who were grinning like idiots. "Are you serious?"

"Yes, Mijo we're serious," Gabe assured. Jesse sprung up embracing the two men as Aurora looked at his present she let out a gasp.

"So what do you say, Jesse?" Jack asked laughing.

"Yes!" Jesse exclaimed Aurora jumping up to join the family hug.

"Now you really are my big brother Jesse!"

Jesse McCree had just become one Jesse McCree-Reyes-Morrison. Now his public records would no longer read a name he didn't respond to Jessica and he had just gained something he'd never thought he'd have again, a family, even if it was a bit of an unorthodox one.
