chapter 2: the new girl

it waz the next day, I did my morning highgine then headed off to skool. once I came in the skool I kept hearing whispers n gossip, but I didnt know wat the gossip waz all about. so I stood by my locker and went thru my phone since chres n jacob havent showed up yet. then a girl with light brown highlites came to me and I looked up from my phone

have you heard?

ray: no, what?

theres gonna be a new student in our class

ray: okayy, so watz wrong with that

sooo, shes gonna need some guidence n evryone doesnt want to see or even want to get 2 know her.

ray: wow thats mean

yea i know

she turned n left, then chres and jake came up 2 me

jacob: what waz that all about

ray: she said that theres gonna be a new student in our class

jacob: soo, whats wrong with that. we get new students some time

chres: yea I dont see what the big fuss is

ray: *shrugs* I dont know

the bell rang n it waz time 4 first period. we came in and took our seats as we waited for Mr. fitz 2 come. then trouble comes

Asia: yooo lopez

ray: what do u want asia

Asia: your gonna show the new student around the school

ray: what!! you trppin, you dont even know that for sure 

Asia: everyone else is sayin your gonna do it

ray: whatever, ill here it from an adult

Asia: see thats why no girl ever wants u! you just listen 2 adults

ray: yoo dont start with me!! im sick n tired of ur bullshit with me! go and take ur ass 2 the back of the room n leave me alone!!

Asia: idc!! I can do watever I want n you cant tell me wat 2 do!

then she n her friends sat down in ther assigned seats in the back of the room. As I try 2 come down jake n chres told me 2 I did the right thing n 2 calm myself down. Mr. fitz came in n said good mornin 2 the class, I took out my homework n Mr. fitz saw me with it out n told the class n started to collect it. once he waz at his desk he got started on a lesson.

15 mintues later a parent n a girl came in the class

ummm excusme, sorry to interrupt but are u Mr. fitz?

Mr. fitz: yes mam, how can I help you

well my daughter taranie happens to be in your class

Mr. fitz: ohh yess, nice to meet you taranie im Mr. fitz im gonna be your teacher this year

I shook my teachers hand, I waz kinda shy cause the class waz all eyes on me.

Mr. fitz: class this is taranie, shes gonna be with us this year

the class stood quiet. I couldnt help it but she waz beautiful, but I promised myself dat I wouldnt get into another relationship. ill get over her soon

Mr. fitz: taranie why wont u sit across from mr. lopez. Mr. lopez raise ur hand

I did wat I waz told n she walked her way to the seat across from me. I decided to introduce myself to her since she needs a friend to start off her first day

ray: hi taranie, my names rayan lopez but u can call me ray for short

Taranie: nice to meet u rayan

we both shook hands n decided will talk later since we're still in class. we did some work, the bell rang n we handed in our classwork on our way out. chres n jake introduce demselves to Taranie, n she waz very happy to have us like friends

Taranie: I dont think I can get the ropes around here

ray: dont worry, Ill show u around here trust me you wont get lost

Taranie: thanks

ray: so how do u like it here so far?

Taranie: other then frist period wen everyone kept there eyes on me then I met u jacob n chresanto, Im kinda liking it here 

ray: lol so wat class do you have now?

taranie: umm lets see *checks her scheduele* I have science now

ray: ohh cool me 2

taranie: great so I dont have to be alone, im not really that good wen it comes to meeting new people

ray: its ok I use to be like that 2, but now Im pretty much good with socializing with  people

then we went inside the class n jake n chres took there seats while I introduce Ms. samuels the new student. she told taranie to sit behind me so we both got to our seats.

Ms. samuels: hello class, I see we have a new student, please introduce urself

I got up from my seat n all eyes were on me again. godd I hate being looked at! I introduced myself n sat down.

Ms. samuel: alrite since I forgot to tell you all wen the project is due, you have 2 weeks to complete this assignment. witch that gives u until next week on friday to return the assignment. Mr. lopez n Ms. williams you 2 will be partners

I looked back at taranie n she smiled n gave me the bro handshake

ray: hey, how did you know the bro handshake? 

taranie: chresanto n jacob

ray: Ive shouldve known

taranie chuclked a lil n I turned back to the class. wen class waz dismissed I told taranie all about the project.
