I was sleeping but I couldn't wake up or move I couldn't hear anything all I could do was nothing which scared me.
Xander's POV
She was rushed to the hospital and hooked upped to many machines "sir you have to leave" a nurse says
" what happened is she fine is she going to be ok" I said
      " sir you have to leave" she says again " fine" I gritted though my teeth  I walked out of the emergency room and punched the wall and made a whole in it and made so nurses jump " I pay for that" I yelled I didn't know what to do she has to be fine she will pull though.
       Then the doctor comes out "Mr. Knight" he called " yes" I say walking over to him "how is she doing" I ask " she is in a sable condition we have done all we can right now and she will be rushed into car scan tomorrow and some other test the nurse will be in in a minute to tell you more info.
      On cases like this my name is doctor wild to or you can call me sir" Doc wild said.
     The nurse entered " hello Mr Knight" she said batting her fake eyelashes and strutting over to me
     " my name is nurse. Aims but you can call me Anna
   " whatever" I mumble " so how is she" I say
" ok she is in a stable conduction but things like this don't have a good wake up there is a 78 percent in the first few days she won't survive and right now she is in a light coma which means there is a better chance of her waking up right now.
       And after she wakes up she might be in shock and she might have amnesia or possibly being paralyzed or not function right. " Anna said causally wanting me to punch the wall
    " so now that's out of the way how about you stay here and wait for 10 more minutes then my sift is done and we head to your place" she said winking at me.
             " are you serious my girlfriend is in the hospital and is in a coma and you want me to cheat on her get the fuck out tu idiota cagna ( you dumb bitch) I yell at her she runs out and  I walk out of the hospital and drive to my house and call a mafia meeting.

Three weeks later
It been three cazzo weeks and she is still in a coma ( fucking)
Unknowns POV
I hit her with a car three weeks surprised she is still alive well better congratulate him so I call him or Xander
"Ciao Xander miss me " I say laughing " you son of a cagna ( bitch) when I find you I will kill you" he yells " don't worry your Roxana is still alive but soon she will know about you mr mafia " I say and hung up new plan I thought to myself
Xander POV
How and the hell did he know here name all different kinds of thought were running though me head til my phone rang " hello " I said " yes sir this is doctor Wild I have called with good news she is awake and is requesting you" Doc Wild said " I'm on my way" I say and hung up
I drove fast pass the speed limit but I didn't care
I walk up the hospital and walk to her room and the guard let me in I see her awake looking around
" hello Mia Bella" I say softly she looks at me and smiles slightly because of all the machines she has hooked up to her " ciao" she says softly I sit by her and hold her hand when the doctor comes in " can I talk to you sir " he says " yes" I say and look over at my sleeping beauty
I walk out " hello sir I just want to say that she will be her for a week to check on her and then she can go to her home and rest but this is a miracle because honest she should be dead you were lucky now get some rest because their are bags under your eyes there is already an extra bed in there for you. " he says with a smile
" Grazie Doctor" ( thank you) Xander said " benveneto" ( welcome) the doctor wild said and walked off.
I went back into her room to see her awake she smiled softly and turned back to the tv that was on.
" do you need anything Mia Bella" I said softly she shook her head no. I nodded and sat next to her before I knew she was sleeping again and I fell asleep to.
One week later
It was time for her to leave finally I was taking her to my mansion for protection and care but she did not know that.
" remember she still has a broken arm and leg and sprained neck so be careful and here are some pain mess and she might not talk much because it hurts her neck when she talks but hey a least she is ok and going to get better have a good one" he said and walked off
I picked her up gently and layer her in my car she was still sleeping because of the mess that she was on.
She woke up on the way there and looked confused " where heading to my place but it's ok you going to be fine now get some rest we will be there in 15 minutes she nodded and fell back asleep
We got there and I carried her up and placed her in her room and she has a baby monitor so she can talk to me and so I can see her
I tucked her in and carefully kissed her head and left her to sleep
