Daegu Friends

- Hui Sin's POV -
We went to a private park where we were having our photoshoot. We already changed into Puma's sweatshirt. The boys got there first so when we got there, they were already posing for the camera. We got out of the car and head near the make-up artist, immediately they started fixing us up along with the hair stylist. I was the first to finish so I went ahead, the photographer was waiting for me so I hurried over.

After 10 minutes or so, Eme was waiting behind the photographer, I could see the golden haired boy staring as well. Me and Eme switched, I took a look at the photos, I shivered as I felt the boy still staring. I carefully looked back at him, still staring, is he lost in his mind of something? He does look familliar, but I don't think I've seen him anywhere. I see him snapping out of his thoughts and look around awkwardly then look away from me, I curiously walk towards him.

"Hui Sin-ah!" Our PD-nim shouted walking to me, I turn my attention to her, she talked about being friends with BTS and that she might have a surprise for us later in the following days. When she finally walked off, I felt a strong but warm grip on my shoulder, I was gently turned around, "Uhm- Are you Hui Sin?" I stared into dark brown eyes, they belonged to the golden brown haired boy. "I-I.. W-Who are you..?" I was shocked, I stuttered that lead him to release his grip and apologies. The boy looked down disappointed, I felt a tap on my shoulder and a familliar figure beside me. It was Eme.

"You're Taehyung right?" She asked. Taehyung.. The name sounds so familliar yet I haven't met anyone named that. The boy nodded looking up, his eyes sparkled when he noticed it was Eme asking, "Eme?! You guys changed so much!" He exclaimed causing the photographer to shush him. He bowed in apology and turn to us again, "So how are you guys?" I looked over at Eme, confused, I moved a bit near to her and back away from Taehyung. His smile turned into a frown. Eme cleared her throat, "Yes, it's really been a long time. Uhm, something about Hui Sin is.. She got into a car accident and your memories with her kind of.. Well vanished." I could see the pain in Taehyung's eyes, "S-So she doesn't remember me?" His voice cracked as he looked down again. Eme slowly nodded her head, she looked at me taking in my confused face, "This is Taehyung, our other Daegu best friend I was telling you about." She moved aside so I could see him. He lifted his head and smiled slightly, I bowed, so did he.

After a moment of silence and staring into each others eyes, Eme finally spoke up, "I'll be fixing my hair, you guys go be friends." She shot us a smile and a pat on the back for me then walked off. I felt my palms sweat, i've never been alone with a guy before. "So.. How 'bout I tell you everything I remember?" He smiled at me, I look at him and felt a blush creep on my cheeks, "Uhm.. Sure.." He led me inside a tent that was set up for bags, we removed our shoes and slipped in.

He started about us meeting in kindergarten, we weren't really in good terms that time. We kept stealing each others things and annoying each other during nap time. One day we all had a play date since all of our mothers knew each other. Thats when we met Eme and Yoongi, our mothers slowly introduced us to each other and told us to play together.

Taehyung reached out in his jean pocket and took out his phone, he started to search for something, then he showed me the screen. It was a picture, "That's us. Heres me.. And there you are!" He pointed to a chubby lil girl with pigtails. He chuckled, "You look very cute." I stare at the photo then looked at him. He was gazing at me so intently, my cheeks heated up and I looked away. "Ah- Sorry.." He looked the other way and cleared his throat. My heart was beating so fast, it feels so hot in here all of a sudden.

"How.. Did you get into a car accident by the way..?" He hesitated a bit but turned his head to me. I slowly looked at him, opening my mouth but mo words came out. I was lost in his eyes, I closed my mouth and took a deep breath. "I was going to a photoshoot, me and Eme had different schedules. I remember looking at a photo.. Then the driver cursed, all of a sudden.. My ears were ringing." I hugge my legs to my chest, "Then we were at the hospital. The driver was okay, I took most of the damage.." I closed my mouth, refusing to say anymore.

___START FLASHBACK___

My eyes fluttered open, light setting into my eyes I wanted to fidget a bit. Then I realize I couldn't move anything, everything was numb. I could only turn my head to a worried Eme. "Hui Sin! You're awake-" She was going to approach me but the doctor stopped her, "She's very fragile right now," Eme just nodded and made way for the doctor, he came up to me and asked a few questions. About how i'm feeling, my throat was dry, my eyes were stinging. He told me to go rest up, I wanted to stay awake but my own eyes betrayed me, they started to feel heavy, I slowly closed my eyes.

After who knows how many hours, I opened them again, finally breathing normally, I realize i'm in a different room. I could move my arms and fingers. "How are you feeling?" I moved my attention to a smiling friend, Eme. "How long have i've been asleep..?" I choked out, coughing a bit. She stood up and went to the corner of the room and took some water, "About 4 days." She carefully settled the cup of water on my lips and slowly tilted it. My body relaxed as the water hit my tongue, flowing down my throat. I finished the water and thanked her, "The doctor asked me to do something before you go on to your other test." She sat down beside the bed again and pulled out her phone. "He said something might've damage your brain. So i'm gonna test your memories alright?" She asked, I nodded. I'm sure I remember everything. She asked me basic stuff. What's the name of my parents, where I was born, what company I'm in.

"Who's our two other best friends?" She looked at me expecting me to know this answer. I opened my mouth to answer, for once I was actually not sure. "Y-Yoongi and.." I stuttered, "I.. I don't remember.." My eyes were wide as I looked at her. I can't remember. My head hurts. I close my eyes for a moment then I felt a hand on my arm, I slowly open my eyes. "It's fine if you don't remember. I'll tell you everything." She forces a smile, she stood up from her seat and went outside the room to make a call to the doctor.

___END FLASHBACK___

Taehyung looked me sadly, more like pitifully. "Sorry for making you tell that.." He played with his hands awkwardly, I shook my head and mumbled, "It's fine." There was just silence, with the camera snap and the photographers voice. "Um.. I think i'll go first, I still haven't done my photoshoot.. So.. I'll talk to you later." He stuttered a bit then crawled out of the tent. After I hear his footsteps soften, I lay down and let out a breathe that I didn't even notice that I was holding.
