chapter 13: grand magic games part 2

quick A/N again i'm so sorry for not publishing on Monday i completely forgot about it so to make up for it i have two chapters ready for today, also if your still waiting for the Haruka Nanase x male reader then i'm very sorry, but i haven't had any other ideas for it, however i will try and get some more ideas for it then publish when i'm ready again sorry for not publishing on Monday but at least there are two chapters today yay, enjoy the chapter 

previously in 'the fiery key to his heart'

(y/n) won the water sphere battle and gained some great kick starter points for the fairy tail team, but now its time for the duel battles and natsu and (y/n) are the competitors for the battle of fairy tail vs saber tooth. so now its time for our two love birds to get all fired up and start bashing some heads cause things are about to blow up in the grand magic games arena.

~~current time frame~~

narrator's pov

as natsu and (y/n) walked out onto the battle field cheers were heard from the audience, as the two dragon slayers waved to the crowd, but then their opponents entered the arena revealing them to be rouge and sting, how will this battle of dragons play out.

(y/n) pov

as myself and natsu walked to the centre of the arena sting and rouge from saber tooth strolled into the arena, so as a bit of banter to get them riled up i said "hey sting rouge why are your here shouldn't you let the real adults of the guild fight after all this wont be an easy challenge." i cracked my knuckles as their faces grew red in anger and fury "are your sure were the children because as far as i'm concerned your the youngest one here aren't you (y/n) (l/n)" stated sting as his words were laced with venom "oh so you think i'm weak is that what your trying to say, well prepare to be proved wrong" i exclaimed as i ignited my fist in a swarm of purple, pink and blue energy "let the fight begin" the announcer announced and almost immediately i bolted towards the dragon slaying duo and shouted "celestial dragon iron fist!", and with that single strike i sent rouge flying through the arena wall and knocking him unconscious, as i looked back i saw natsu handling sting quite well until, sting released his dragon force form and almost immediately began to over power natsu, and within a millisecond i watched as my boyfriend got knocked backwards into the arena wall with him being severely injured, with a broken leg he couldn't walk so i had to finish of sting myself, "OK so just before we continue this fight i would just like to say, i have had to deal with my family dying before my very eyes, my friends and guild mates were kidnapped, and now your hurt natsu, so let me tell you this sting eucliffe, you can hurt, me, you can hurt my family, you can hurt my friends, but you under no circumstances will you ever hurt my natsu and live to see another day, so in vengeance for my dear friend, i say this CELESTIAL DRAGON SLAYER SECRET ART: GALACTIC DIVINATION OF THE UNPURE!"  and with this final attack sting eucliffe, had most definitely left a dent in the walls of this arena. once sting was down i was the only one standing, i was breathing heavily, my magic level had become exceedingly low after the massive power drain i had from using galactic divination, so i attempted to struggle my way back over to natsu, before falling to my knees is exhaustion, but i regained some energy when natsu, surprised me with a kiss and as i slowly melted into it i began to fall farther onto the ground grasping fistfuls of natsu's hair before i heard many 'aww's and cheers, which caused me to look up and see that myself and natsu where being filmed the whole time and were on large screens all around the arena and by looking at one of the screens i could see that both me and natsu had very noticeable blushes on our faces, " i think that what i'm about to do is gonna bring even more aww's from the audience" i whispered to natsu, as i picked him up bridal style and carried him over to the fairy tail area, where the rest of the guild and team were waiting for us cheering and screaming our ship name  "OMFG (s/n) IS REAL!!!!, MY OTP"  {(S/N)=SHIP NAME} exclaimed mira as i walked up to them holding natsu who had fallen asleep in my embrace. oh how much i love you natsu will never change, because as long as i have you being with someone else could never be arranged. i thought as i entered the fairy tail ward and layed him down on a hospital bed for porlyusica to take care of his injuries.

~~time skip to the end of the games~~

natsu's pov

after 3 more days of events and duels fairy tail had once again won the title of strongest guild in fiore, so to celebrate we partied till the sun came up and everyone ended up either drunk, on the floor on naked in bed with their lover, and for me and (y/n) we ended up in bed naked, but we were also both drunk when we went to sleep which meant hangovers and mine was pretty bad so when i woke up i just grabbed anything from the floor because my vision was slightly blurred and i groggily slipped on my clothes, or what i thought were my clothes. i started with my underwear but they seemed a bit tight so it took a bit of effort to get them up and over my crotch, but after that everything else was fine, which i thought was odd but i kinda dismissed it so i decided to wake up (y/n) so that he wouldn't miss breakfast or the train ride home, so i gently shook him and he soon enough woke up and asked me "what time is it babe?"

"its 7:00 am gorgeous, so get up put your clothes on and lets go get breakfast" he quickly nodded before getting out of bed and found what we thought was his underwear from yesterday, but when he put them on he said "wtf my underwear is bigger than normal,"

"really mine was actually quite tight when i put them on, but him being him widened his eyes and looked over to me and said "tight, they were tight?" 

"uh yeah why does it matter?" and at that moment it dawned on me, i was wearing (y/n)'s underwear, ugh no wonder it was tight, and  looked at him with an apologetic face before saying, "um i think i stretched your underwear" and he just sighed before saying, its fine just wear them today i don't mind, but because yours are too big for me i'll just go commando and wait till i get home to change into a pair of mine"

"are you sure you wanna go commando, cause if you do i don't think i'll be able to keep my hands off of you, you stud" i replied in a flirtatious tone before strolling up to him and pushing him back down onto the bed and kissing him passionately, before we were rudely interrupted when we heard someone cough so we both looked to the door of the room to see Grey, Erza and Lucy standing there with evil grins on their faces and phones in their hands presumably taking pictures and sending it to everyone in the guild. well looks like me and (y/n) are in for a hell of a lot of attention today.
