Saturday 5:11AmMom: [Okay sweetie take care of yourself while your there. We love you]
Saturday 5:11 AmMe: [I love you too. Make sure you and dad take care of yourselves. Bye]
Saturday 5:12 AmI sighed and locked my phone before sliding it into my back pocket and getting up from the uncomfortable airplane seat that I've been sitting on for the past 14 hours. I smiled unable to contain my excitement.
This is it. I thought. I'm finally back.
The plane was almost empty by now since for the last 10 minuets I was glued to my phone in a conversation with my mother. I took my luggage from the overhead compartment and started walking towards the exit.
"NiHao, welcome to Chongqing, China. It is currently Saturday August 12 2017 local time is 5:15 Am. The temperature is a chili 13 degrees Celsius. Please enjoy your stay."
I stood a few steps from the exit of the plane. The exiting ramp from the plane to the airport was that of a clear glass. I took a deep breath in. The sky was still dark and looked as though It won't be replace by sunlight anytime soon. After what seemed like forever at the luggage pickup I quickened my pace remembering that I was on a schedule. I could've sworn I was paying attention to the road but needless to say I just had to go ahead and bump into someone. What is this? A cliché romance novel?
"Ow.." I winned as my butt hit the cold pavement of the airport floor. I looked up to see 3 boys who looked about my age. All of them, dressed in coats, glasses, mouth covers, and hats, well, all except the one I knocked down.
The black haired boy was dressed in a blue hoodie that I'm guessing was covering his head until we collided. He wore a white medication mask, black jeans, and matching white sneakers. On the floor was a pair of black sunglasses that by looking at the other two boys, I'm guessing belonged to him.
"What the heck...watch where you're going.." I let out in bitterness.
"If you were watching we wouldn't have collided.." He muttered.
"Right.." I answered sarcastically. I focused my eyes on him "Hey you look familiar.." Before I could say anything else his hands covered my mouth.
"Please don't scream our name and I'll give you an autographed CD" he said in a rush.
I was so confused that it took me what seemed like forever to react "I don't know who you are but could you take you're hand off of me..."
He sighed a breath of relief.
