Soooo...we were about 5 minutes late.... ok actually more like 10 ops, but hey better late then never right.

We were meeting our friends Pj, Louis, Allie, Zoe, and a mystery guess that's coming last min. I don't know much about him, all I know is he is one of Pjs new friends he meets earlier this week; his new at the university I guess.
Chris and I finally arrived to this little restaurant that Louis insisted we all go to called the Cooper kettle. When we walked in we were instantly hit with warmth and the smell of fries. It was cute, it reminded me of a sweet old lady's home. It was very wooden though like a log cabin, but it was inviting and comforting.
"Look who finally decided to join us, welcome mr. Chris and mr. Phil " Pj said mocking us.
"Sorry it's not my fault, blame phil" Chris states annoyed " he can never get ready in a reasonable amount of time". I just shrugged my shoulders and slide in to the booth next to Louis.
"Well what matters is that your here now, so let's all just enjoy the day" Louis says with a huge grin that can make everything bad go away.
"So weres this mystery guess of yours Pj" Chris states.
"He's using the restroom he'll be back soon, he's really cool" he says in excitement " also, phil I think you'll really like him you two have so much in common, that's why I invited him, I really think you two will hit it off" he says giving me a wink. Ugh great, cause this is what I need in my life, My friends setting up blind dates for me. I just roll my eyes, but i can feel myself starting to turn a bright red. I try to hide behind the menu.
I don't think I have said a single thin the whole time but simple hellos. I'm not the greatest at social situations as you can probably tell. I'm great full for my friends because they understand and don't pressure me to talk too much, so that's good.

As I'm lost in thought trying to decide what I want, I hear a familiar voice say a familiar nick name
"Oh, hey cupcake"
Oh great, is all I can think. This is gonna be a looong day.
"Oh um.... hey Dan" I say quitely and try to sink farther into my my seat and My face is starting to turn in to a deep red once again.
"You two know each other" Zoe said with amusement.
"Yes, he is in Chris and I's art class and we bumped into each other at the cafè the other day" I said quickly before he or anyone else could say anything.
"Yah and I still don't know your name Cupcake" he gives me a wink.
"It's Phil, and don't call me that" I say shyly. God I can feel my face going even redder.
"Aww that name suits you, but I like calling you cupcake it's funny to see how flustered you get" he said smirking. We kind of just sat there staring at each other for a moment too long until Alfie spoke up.
"Um hate to ruin the moment but we're all still here you know".
I mumbled a quick sorry under my breath and continued finding something to order. God what is this guy doing to me.

We all ordered and chatted among ourselves as we ate, laughed and made jokes like friends do, and of course I tried my best to avoid taking to Dan as much as possible. I mainly just talked to Louis about art stuff. She's always been a big supporter of my art, Louis is the best.
I did notice how Dan just fits right in like he's been a part of the group forever. Fabulous that means he probably going to be invited to all our friend outings. As I think this I can feel a bit of excitement rumble inside me. NO PHIL! You can't get close to him, I just.....can't.

So after about an hour we finished lunch, the time was about 2.
"Why was that lunch so long" Dan said with a chuckle
"Well probably because we talked more then we ate, welcome to the group" Pj said as he swung his arm around Dan "That's how it always is when we all eat together" Pj said laughing along with Dan now. I felt a pain of jealousy but I just shook it off.
"So what should we do now we have the whole day" Zoe piped up.
"We can all can hang at mine and phils place we could play some board games" Chris said casually.
"That sounds like loads of fun, let's do it" Louis said with excitement. Fantastic this should be fun having dan in my home. What next,my bedroom?

A/N: sorry it took forever to update, had a bit of writers block but I'm back and I now have a better idea of were I want to take this story.
