Back story: In 1999, Bill Cipher made evil servant to use in case Weirdmaggeton doesn't go as planned. He took pure black magic and put a spell on it to make the form of a girl. He gave her his eyes to show the world who she belonged to. TimeSkip. In the year 2014, Dipper and Mabel return to Gravity Falls. Bill sends Billie, the girl he made in 1999, to Gravity Falls to attack Dipper and Mabel.
I am thinking about making a story about Billie! Of course, Billie's story will be better than how I put it.
