"DUDE OH MY GOSH THERE'S SO MANY RIDES HERE WHAT DO WE GO ON FIRST THERE'S THE HAUNTED HOUSE OR THE LOG FLUME OR THE T-" Liam blocked out the excitement of his best friend, who just so happened to be the biggest theme park nerd in the known universe, and focused on not getting lost.

This park was huge! It was hard to believe it sprung up out of nowhere one day. There was no announcement, people just seemed to know it was there and flocked to it in the thousands.

Ty, the coaster nerd, was still going on about queue times. Liam had never seen him so excited before, you could see it from a mile away that he was exceedingly hyped. He was kitted out in his merchandise that he had claimed from various theme parks, heck, even his shoelaces were covered in logos. It was almost worrying, but hey, if it made Ty happy, Liam was fine with it.

"Liam? Yo! Earth to Liam!" Ty was waving his arms frantically infront of Liam's face. "You okay? You kinda zoned out for a minute and we haven't picked a ride and it's alm-"
"This one" Liam cut him off before he started scheduling. Looking to where he had randomly pointed, he saw he had chosen the haunted house. Little did he know, it'd be a killer experience. It wasn't haunted. Just plagued by...something.

The same something that was watching them intently, hidden in trees surrounding the two boys. Two, soon to be one.
