Chapter Ten
(Owari's POV)

“So where did you see the escape pod?” Taiyo asked

“Near Grass elf territory.” Yume said.

“Aren't they the ones who stole all of our sheep?” Tsuki asked.

“Yes.” Yume said, “Why are you asking me so many questions, aren't you supposed to be older than me?”

“Whats a grass elf?” I asked, doing a head tilt

“Savages.. honestly they take whatever they want and act as if it won't affect us at all” Taiyo said.

“savage much” Chikyu joked, “as in you are just….uh how to describe what I mean here”

“Wild?” Yume asked.

“No, I mean something else, humans understand it” she says, panicky.

“Ok were here, the pod I saw is over there.” Yume said pointing to a small escape pod, it was halfway buried in dirt and rock.

“That's not ours” I say, eyes wide, “That's the one we got rid of”

“Should we go see if anyone is in it?” Kaishi asked.

“No the only people ever on it after us was Pirates, space ones” Chikyu says

“What if it's someone from the ship though….?.” I asked (the ship they were on in the beginning)

“Don't know, nor do I care” Chikyu says, flatly, chewing on a piece of strawberry gum,  I can smell it.

“Umm.. The door is opening, should we be concerned about that?” Tsuyoi asked.

“What!?” Kaishi and I say in unison.

“So umm.. Should we prepare to attack or something?” Tsuyoi asked as the door opened all the way.

Chikyu raise a bow and arrow, and aims it, I blink, “when did you learn to use that????”

“My grade taught it in gym, I had hidden that's you just noticed” Chu said, as someone quickly ran out of the pod, and jumped on top, they were wearing a cat mask so I couldn't see their face. Chikyu let the arrow go, it it hit their leg, making them drop too the ground, “paralyzer on the tip of the arrow”

“Earth is cruel..” they said sitting up, pulling the arrow out of their leg shakily.

Chi brought her hand up, the person froze, “made all the water in them stop, and freeze their joints ” she explained.

“Oi what did you do to Hyo?!” Another person asked running to the person with the cat mask, they had a rabbit mask on. (Note: These are children, so they're pretty small only like 4’3-4’7)

“I did it because I needed info” Chikyu said, somehow over to them, she put a hand on the second kid shoulder, “why are you even here?”

“...” The second kid froze (not literally) they were shaking.

“answer me...” she glared, “and I'll let your friend go, I was going to anyway”

“I-I don't know why we're here, we woke up in the pod...” The child said.

“Okay, what's your name, and could you take the mask off” Chikyu said, like a mother would to a child.

“O-okay..” The child said taking off the mask, they had light purple hair that went to their shoulders and wore an eyepatch on their right eye, “I'm Ban..”

Chi moved her hand, and got the arrow out of the cat masked kids leg,  “Are You okay young one?” she asked kindly.

“Fine...” They said taking the mask off, They had dark blue hair as long as bangs and red eyes, their face was covered with scars.
