I always had this irritating felling of being watched or follwed. No matter where I was or what I was doing, it would always be there to bug me. It has been there for as long as a can remember. But now that I'm turning eighteen in a few days, that feeling seemed to have amplified and it's starting to give me the creeps.
It's either I have super instincts and someone is indeed stalking me or I'm overly paranoid. I personally prefer the second option, since I don't have someone I would like to be stalked by.
Either way, because of that anoying feeling I started to be more suspicious of everyone and obviously in consequence more stressed. It certainly didn't help that my birthday was in two days, which added too my stress, reason; I don't like suprises and I know my buddies are cooking something. My friends of course, realized my unusual behavior (me always being the ZEN person in the group) and started to pay more attention to me. They knew about the cause(s ?) of my stress, but it still didn't explain how they started to act afterwards; extremely pre-cautious and more protective than ever. I mean it's just stress right ? and maybe an imaginary stalker, who knows ? Hehe just kidding, I hope so...
For example, they don't want me to walk home alone which, normally they wouldn't bother me with.Anyway, maybe they're like that because I am going to be major in a few days and there afraid I'm going to do something stupid, because I like taking risks. Markus seems the less affected by my lack of Zeness ( I know it not a word 😂 or is it 🤔)
"Entering the adult hood, you shall be" that's what Markus keeps saying. I think he's excited that I will be able to legally go party with the gang. Wondering wHy? The reason is simple, all my friends are a year older than me.
Markus is the exception, he's twenty. He's more of an adventurous guy compared to the rest of us. He's strong and likes to move a lot, that's why it's difficult for him to stay on a chair for more then five minutes. Markus also has a soft spot. He's very caring and generous. His hairs are dark chatting and so are his eyes.
Tiffany, is a long haired blonde with emerald eyes . She is the contrary of Markus. Tiffany is more of a lazy person, but when playing a game of dare, she would accept any challenge. What annoys me is she's always so protective, and now even more ( if that's even possible) but despite that I still like her or she wouldn't be my friend now would she ?
Theo the other man in our little group, is brave, which makes him look cool but his extremely sarcastic. When I first meet him, he was presented to me as Markus' friend, and boi was he annoying. I also tough his, ash brown hairs and silver blue eyes, were out of the ordinary. But after giving him a chance I kind of started to like him, and he started to be less sarcastic and more funny.
With my stress augmenting he became more soft and gental. I didn't complain about that, it was just unusual to see him like that. And finally there's Alice. She the wise one of our group. Her hair is cherry, it's not natural but it looks good on her, especially with her clementine eyes. She cares a lot about her looks contrary to me.
I'm more a carfree, creative person, that likes to see the good in people. I've been told many times by Alice that my kindness is too big and that it would only back fire on me. But I can't control it it's who I am.
I'm glad I've met them, like my Dad always says to me: your friends are the family you chose, be sure to make the right decisions.I never regretted them, meeting these people and becoming friends or any of the decision i have made, well those I remember.
Until that day came. It turned my life upside down. So here is my story. My name's Eleanor Greenbird, I'm seventeen, a brunette with dark eyes, and am five foot nine.*Thanks for reading and please leave a comment and hope you enjoyed it.
