Fear was starting to get hold of me, despite that fact, my legs wouldn't stop moving so my only option was to continue my pursue of the Man.

My eyes were swelling up with tears of fear, making my vision blurry. Fortunately for me, there wasn't a lot of people on the street so I didn't have to push anyone out of my way.
The unfortunate thing was that there were not that much lamp to clear the passage and the Man was all in black.

Super visible!! My hunger for the answers of what he had told me earlier was growing. I couldn't stop thinking about it and that is what was pushing me to catch the Man. I wasn't far behind him, I could almost feel my hand grabbing his coat and bringing him down on the ground. When suddenly he brutality turned left and crossed the road. He almost got hit, made it to the other side then turned and looked at me. I think he wasn't counting on me to follow him that far because I could see the surprise in his eyes when I started to run onto the road. I was in the middle when a black car that looked a lot like Markus.

I stopped because obviously, I was going to be crushed by it if I continued. The car barley stopped, the Man got in and they left. I was so frustrated I turned back to the coffee shop and when I arrived I let out a muffled scream.

James ran from the back of the shop to come and see if I was alright and why started to run after the Man I juste welled to get out. I explained everything to him to the part of the screaming to the point where I saw Markus's car.

-Well if it was really Markus, then he'll be late to pick you up, so you should wait and see.

James's words weren't comforting. In fact, his reaction was to calm. I knew what I saw, it was undoubtedly him the only other option was that I was hallucinating witch I dont want to consider. I didn't want to wait and confirm my doubts so I took my stuff pushing James out of the way. He didn't react at all. Something was up I could feel it and see it. I stopped at the front door and told him without turning back

" When Markus will arrive tell him I don't want to see him anymore. I'm going home."

I pushed the door and started running in the direction of my house. This time with a new goal in mind: find the truth no matter what.

I was driving on Electric Avenue, where Eleanor works, there weren't a lot of cars witch made the route faster. I was at two minutes from the shop when at the horizon, I saw a man crossing the road. I recognized him right away. It was agent A (Aaron). I barely stopped and he got in.

-I confronted Eleanor, she didn't remember anything, I was told at the bureau it was only a rumor.

- Well now you know it's true, Markus replied furiously.

Aaron started to explain to me what happened in the shop and drop a few miles away. It only took five minute, but it was five too much. When I entered the coffee shop James was at the counter and said that Eleanor had left. I was about to turn back and go home when I heard James voice in the background.

-She knows it was you A.M (Agent Markus) she's gonna be on to you and be careful they are getting closer.

-I know we shoud move out, tomorrow.

-But it's her birthday M.

-We have no choice, it's to protect her.
