Serj Tankian. You're boyfriend. He was yours. No one could take him away from you. He said he will always be committed to you. To you and only you.

You two known each other ever since 5th grade. Ever since you met, you guys just clicked.

     "Hey!" They yelled at you. "Yes, you, the idiot!"

     "What do you want now?" You questioned your bullies.

     "Money. Your necklaces. Your bracelet." They demanded. It wasn't the first time you've been bullied.

     "No." You confidently stood up to them.

     "Well, I guess we will have to teach you a lesson." They threatened. Before you could reply, you felt pressure on your face. Soon followed by pain.

     You soon fell because of the sudden pain in your nose. You curled in a ball but didn't cry. You didn't want to show weakness. It was muddy out because of the rain earlier. But, with your luck, it started raining again as they started to kick you. It didn't matter where they kicked you, they just wanted you to feel pain.

"That's what you get!" The "leader" yelled towards you. "Bitch." He spit on you. You know, it's pretty messed up that a boy would beat the crap out of a girl. And what did you ever do to him?

You just laid there, curled up in a ball. Every drop of rain that hit your face stung. That's when you finally let it all out. You've been dealing with the same bully ever since 3rd grade. Soon, it was pouring.

You heard footsteps but you didn't bother looking at who it was. You expected it to be the bullies again, but this voice was different. "Hey, are you alright?" He asked gently.

"No," you mumbled, sobbed is a better word for it.

"My name is Serj. What is yours?"

"Y/N."

He grabbed you from the elbows and helped you up. Pained shot through your body every little move you made. He studied your face. "Here. My parents are waiting for me. They will take you to a doctor." He put your right arm around his neck and he held your waist so you wouldn't fall.

"Thank you." Everything quickly became clearer. How could one person be so sweet? You thought.

Every time you thought of that flashback, you smiled. Not because that's when you actually got the help you needed, no, it was because of Serj's sweetness that made you smile.

And today was your guys' 15th year anniversary. You were filled with excitement. Each year he took you to dinner some place new and expensive. You didn't know how he could manage being with you and being in System Of A Down.

You didn't care though. Just as long he was here with you, you didn't mind him going on tour. Just as long as he came home.
