Time to let go

Talking with him again makes my heart sore, but it was time to end the conversation and get ready for school before anyone wakes up. As I thought about it the front door opened and Mr.Cory came outside and glared at us.

"Excuse me, what's going on here?" He eyed us both up and down. Though he must be looking at Jai more than me. I turned to see Jai, smirked and leaned down to me and kissed my cheek.

" I have to go back to Princeton but I want you to know that I want you to move on. You're a great girl and you deserve more than I can give you right now. And maybe when I graduate from college I'll come back for you. I love you Kaelynn. Bye. " He spoke softly, as he handed me his sunglasses and pulled me in for another hug. Once he let go he got back into his car and drive off.

The breath I was holding in, finally escaped. I looked down at the pair of sunglasses that he gave me and pressed them against my chest. He's always giving me stuff, how could he ever think anyone deserves me more than him? I love him so much. But I know its time for me to move on.

I walked back towards the door and stopped by Mr.Cory and told him about Jai and what he was doing here. Mr.Cory sighed and told me to get ready for school. I went upstairs and took a quick shower. As i got out i started towards my room with the towel tightly wrapped around my body.

I turned a corner to go to my room but then i bumped into something hard. When I looked up at Arsen. I sighed grabbing my towel tighter. He just looked me up and down and gave me a smirk.

"See something you like?" I teased him, having my own smirk play on my lips. His eyes darted all around me before looking back at my face.

"Nah, not even close babe" His smirk still lingered, as he moved around me and walked away.

"Asshole." I mumbled to myself.

I reguarded myself and walked into my room and closed the door behind me. I rummaged through my dresser and grabbed my red school girl skirt out and pulled it over my underwear. I also got out a grey long sleeve crop top and put it on. I looked over myself and decided that i wanted a little more natural look so i only put so much on. I grabbed my hair brush and pulled my hair into a half up pony and put a bow in my hair.

I looked over all my shoes and decided that my mahogany color shoes would go better with my red skirt. I checked myself out and grined. It wont be hard to find a new boo with an all boys school.

I went downstairs and into the dinning room where all the boys were sitting. All their heads snapped to me and looked me up and down. Blaine was the one who finally called out to me.

"Wow... Uh.. Kaelynn I uh... saved you a seat." He struggled to say as he was not done checking me out.

I turned to look over at Arsen. He was of course looking me up and down also. I had a small smirk play at my lips. What happened to not even close. I walked over and sat next to Blaine who was on my left and Arsen was on my right. None of the boys would take their eyes off me until Mr.Cory came and gave us our breakfest. He looked over my outfit and smiled.

"I love your outfit Kaelynn!" He winked at me. I returned his wink then turned back into my seat. Out of the corner of my eyes I could see not only Blaine but Arsen staring at me. I leaned over towards Arsen.

"I thought i wasn't your type, you know since you don't like what you see." I smirked at him, his eyes pierced through mine as he frowned at me. I flashed him a smile before leaning back into my seat.

On the way to school, we all walked. Thank god I went with snickers inside of like high heels. Though I don't think High heels would be that good for this outfit anyways.

As i was thinking to myself, i felt someone brush their arm against mine. I looked over and saw Nash smiling down at me. This is new.... He hasn't said one word to me since I moved in.

"Hey, there is a party tonight at a lake house. Wanna go with me?" He flashed a smile, He seems friendly. But why can I not shake this feeling off that hes not really this friendly?

"Are you asking me to go with you as like your date or something?" I questioned, letting a light giggle out. His cheeks turned dark pink and looked away from me.

"I mean.... If you want me too... Uh protect you that's fine." He stumbled his words as he rubbed the back of his neck. That's so cute, I made him nervous.

"Aww. But ok. I'll stick by you tonight. Is there any dress code?" I laughed linking our arms together, he looked down at me surprised. 

"Not really... Unless you want to wear a bikini" He winked at me, and I raised an eyebrow at him. Of course he would want to see me in a bikini.

"Kaelynn in a bikini... I'm there!" Blaine butted in dropping his arm over my shoulder. Nash and I both looked over at him then let out a laugh.

Once we got into school, we head to class. Which a bunch of boys sat smiling at me and waving, and hooting at me. I was really feeling like a piece of meat. I crossed my arms over my chest and hide my face waiting for the teacher. But no matter what they still hooted at me

"Yo, knock it off." Arsen spoke up, turning in his desk to face the class head on. The boys all averted their eyes from me to him then the room got quiet. I should thank him later.

"Alright class, this is our new student. Ms. Kaelynn Reed." Mr. Vester smiled as he walked up to me, and placed a hand on my shoulder. I could see the boys all turning to each other to whisper some stuff.

"Your seat for the year Will be the one next to Arsen but don't sorry to much. This is the first time in a week that he's actually came to school." Mr. Vested said the first part out loud but the second part about Arsen barley coming to school he whispered in my ear.

When Arsen headed his name he looked up and made eye contact with me. But he quickly averted his eyes to the window. So he's a major slacker? Why was I not surprised?
