No Leo wants to admit it, but we all have a slight fear of the patched soldiers. For that fact, I'm sure that every house in the sky map fears the patched ones. Some houses more than others, especially the lower class houses. They all wear a house or a symbol that no one can identify. I have my theories that there is a 13th house somewhere and they are the ones running the whole system.
The patched ones are actually called snakes. They wear a dark green or dark brown uniform and have a patch on their right arm that has an old man holding two snakes. This is why I think there's another house that we don't know about. Just like the Man on the patched ones, maybe there's a house that uses the snakes to ensure that the law is followed.
Being the elite house in the zodiac map, the Leo's are supposed to make sure that the laws are upheld. We have to make it look effortless and make sure that we show off our life of wealth and luxury, all while keeping everyone else in the other houses in line.
The snakes make our life easy, for they do all the work. We just do our part and keep the law enforced. The patched ones do all the punishing. For most laws broken we are all given the same sentence..... Death.
The snakes are not Lenient, the main laws that exist, I guess deserve that sentence... but for the most part I assume it's so the higher "unknown" house could keep an uprising under control. Maybe it's a way to keep one from happening at all.
