mistake has been made!

After the testing from a week ago had been done they started putting the drug into more people and animals to test further. It was a dumb idea to peri but as long as they didn't touch her brother she was fine with it all. Blue came in to visit less and less due to all the work they've been getting lately. Sometime bad may be happening, all peri sees is people running around in a panic. Did an animal get loss? No it couldn't be that...peri sat there in a daze until a bunch of men approached the door. Peri held her brother behind her, when the men entered the room only one scientist stepped forward looking at peri with fear in his eyes. He spoke in a soft voice "peri we made a mistake...we need to do test on the child please don't fight us on this." She looked at them with confusion on her face. Mistake?...what the fuck did they do? The drug worked on peri right? It hasn't done anything bad to her since she's been given it. She looked at the man and shook her head but before she could do anything to stop them they pulled the child from peri taking him out the room by force. She tried to fight to get to him but they held her back pushing her back into the room and locking the room so she couldn't interfere with their work. She heard his screams from down the hall and then soon after silence. She slid to the ground with tears in her eyes. She couldn't help him, she couldn't protect him. She knew he wouldn't survive the testing they were about to do, she barely made it alive. God why didn't they just take her again, anything but her brother. Now it was too late.
