When Beauty Tamed the Beast

Story Description

Everyone-or mostly everyone knows the story of the retched beast that lones his castle day in and day out. The same thing that was cursed by the witch for being a cold-hearted and selfish person.

His actions alone were hideous; he had a truly disgusting personality.

So he got what he deserved. Not only was he ugly on the inside, but now he was ugly on the out.

His charming good looks and perfect smiled turned into one of a horrid and fearsome appearance.

His face and defined features grew fur, his body smothered in it. His perfect teeth reshaped into sharp, yellow fangs. His nails growing into pointy claws.

His brightful eyes grew cold, and dim, loosing the emotions that came along with it.

The beast could never be loved.. After all, who could ever love a monster ? So he sat, and waited patiently as his curse would never be lifted. The petals to his lonesome rose fell through each passing day as it withers to the floor. He will remain a beast forever.

This beast is Naruto.

Naruto Uzumaki .. The forbidden name.

Or... That's what everyone says.

He is known as the modern beast of this story.

Known as a cruel and selfish little rich boy, like in our fairy tale; and that alone was said to be a reason why he was considered a monster.

He didn't have any claws or fangs, nor did he have any fur. The only thing that was "beastly" about him, were his whiskered-like birthmarks.

But even that simple feature seemed to scare people away.

The one major difference between Naruto, and our prince from the fiction tale, is that Naruto wasn't a beast at heart.

He wasn't a cruel person. He wasn't selfish; he was the polar opposite of the prince in the fairy tale story.

But the people are ignorant.

The people's ways turned him into a cold-hearted person. The people dimmed his brightful eyes. The people robbed him of his perfect smile. Instead of watching a flower shrivel up into dust, he waits for the sun to set and rise each morning telling himself "is it over yet."

It was the people fault.

The people turned him into a "monster" as they call him.

People are the one and only true beasts.

But then came along his beauty.

A/N: As I tried to mention, this is a more modernized story of "Beauty and the Beast" so please don't expect something different. Sorry if it won't seem more of a magical and mystical version of the story, but I dunno, I felt like I wouldn't be able to capture it that way..but of course the story line wont be exactly the same

But anyways, this will officially be my 3rd bookk !! ( ‾́ ◡ ‾́ ) (＾▽＾)

I've actually wanted to publish this story for some time now, but i have been really anxious.
