Hello! I'm sorry I haven't been posting for a while. School's been a pain. Also I deleted my story "Fairies of The Seven Seas" so I could work on it and hopefully when/if I post it again, it'll come out better.
Now let's get started. Also the boy in the beginning is not Ponyboy. I repeat, HE IS NOT PONYBOY.
Setting (in order): Random party, Sidewalk, and Curtis household
I leaned against the wall, drink in hand, and searched the crowd. I bit my lip when I realized that I couldn't find any of the boys. Maybe a flash of Two-Bit's Mickey Mouse tank top, but that was it.
Warm air tickled my neck, and I jumped in response to the feeling. A chuckle came from behind me. A boy - probably around 17 - smiled at me, eyes sparkling.
"If I had known it was that easy to spook ya, I would've done a scary voice just for kicks."
I glared and turned my head to the side. "It's not exactly funny when when you're the one who's getting sneaked up on."
"You wanna punch me, don't ya?" He asked, smirking.
"Very much so, yes," I replied, smiling sarcastically.
I turned back to the crowd and - somehow, over all those heads and moving bodies - I saw the gang -excluding Darry- on the other side of the room. Soda caught my eye and waved me over, a goofy smile spread across his face. I took a step forward, ready to join the boys when a hand grabbed ahold of my wrist.
"Hey, come on, dollface," He cooed. "You don't have to leave just yet. You know, my car's right down the block."
I swear my jaw dropped a second after those words came out of his mouth. This guy had no idea who he was talking to.
"Excuse me," I asked with a sickeningly sweet tone, "but how old are you?"
"17. I'll be turning 18 in a month."
I smirked, grabbed the collar of his shirt, and pulled him down so I could whisper in his ear.
"You see, sweetie, I would love to join you in your car, but the thing is...," I said quietly before my voice turned low and my eyes went stormy, "I'm 14, perv."
I took a step back, letting his small brain process the information I had given him. He stood there, frozen, for a second before blooming into a full blown red color that could rival the one of a rose.
He stood upright, eyes full of fear.
"I-I'm sorry," He tried to defend himself. "If I had known-"
"Let me stop you right there," I interrupted, raising a hand in the air in front of his face.
The boy shut his mouth momentarily, knowing he no longer had control over the situation.
"You see, dollface, if you hadn't known my age, and for some sick reason I said yes to your proposal, you still would have gone along with it. Also, I'm not the type of girl who hooks up with random guys after only talking to them for 5 minutes, so don't go blabbing to your buddies that I am just to save your own goddamn reputation. If you do, my boys will hunt you down, beat you into a living pulp, and hang you from a flagpole in your underwear. Is that clear?" I threatened.
He looked out of the corner of his eye at the boys. I joined him. All of them seemed to be very interested in watching our conversation though they had no real clue as to what we were talking about. The guy gulped when he saw Dally and Soda roll up their sleeves up to the middle of their upper arms, revealing just how much muscle was underneath those shirts.
