S. E. Hinton owns all the characters.
Steve: So we all kinda wanted to kick Steve when he referred to Pony and Johnny as "little kids", so I'm giving him some well deserved revenge in the shape of a story. Enjoy!:
You let out a scream as your foot slips and you hit the ground hard. You groan as a stabbing pain ran all over your body. Steve lets out a hysterical laugh that makes you want to punch him so hard that he'd swallow his own goddamn teeth.
"Well, that was some fine backflip," He comments sarcastically. You flip him off and he fakes being offended. A hand over the heart and everything.
He holds out a hand for you, and you take it, grateful that he'd at least show some compassion. Yeah, right!
Steve lest your hand go half way of pulling you up and you fall into the mud once more. He lets another one of his annoying laughs. You pick up a ball of mud and throw it at his shirt. Which was white, btw.
He stares at it for a second before he looked back at you and gives you a look. You knew that look. As you try to get up, Steve kneels and grabs a ball of mud that was two times larger than the one you threw at him.
He throws it at you and you let out a shriek as it stains your own shirt. You stare at it for a second before letting out a cruel laugh and you throw two more mud balls at him. He replied to the action with two of his own. Soon, you tackle him into the mud, and you laugh as you press your muddy fingers over his face. You draw muddy hearts on both of his cheeks and the word 'stupid' on his forehead.
Steve flips you both around and he pins down your arms. He smiles smugly, and gives you another "look". Your eyes trail down his body. Mud. Everywhere. Well, except there.
"Any last words?" He teases, ready to attack you with muddy fingers of bis own.
You smile. "Yes, actually. Steve?"
"Yes, babe?"
"Nice polka dot underwear," You say, smile widening as his face turns bright pink. And then you sock him in the face with a mud ball.
Two-Bit: So, you know how he's always crackin' jokes? Yeah, let's see how he feels when someone cracks one of their own:
Your fingers twitched again as Two-Bit tells the gang another joke that makes you want to gag. He lets out a high pitched laugh that makes your ears hurt. You bit your tongue so you don't let out a nasty remark that would most likely cause the entire room to go silent.
"Hey, hey, [Y/N]," Two-Bit calls you. "Wanna hear another joke?"
You look out the corner of your eye and see that smirk on his face. Dude knew you didn't like his jokes, but he'd ask anyway just to piss you off.
"Sure~," You say, voice as high and annoying as his laugh. His eye twitches and you mentally smirk. Payback.
"Okay," He starts. "Why couldn't the pirate learn the alphabet?"
You roll your eyes. "Why?"
"Cause he was always stuck at C!!!" Two-Bit lets out another laugh. The others smile and some snicker.
"Haha," You comment, getting up from your seat on the couch and walking over to the kitchen.
Two-Bit smiles. "Ah, don't be such a downer! Ain't my fault you don't have a good sense of humor!"
You pause at the door way. You look back at him. "Funny. I was just about to say the same thing."
You turn away and walk back into the kitchen. You smile in glee when the others burst out laughing at your little comeback. Cutting off a slice of chocolate cake, you call out Two-Bit.
"What now?" He snaps.
"I was just thinkin' and I realized somethin'. You know, all things considered, I'd believe you were a rhino considering how horny you've been lately. I mean, seriously? First the back of Darry's car, and then the break room at the DX. I'm honestly startin' to get worried about ya."
You could practically feel Two's blush from where you were standing. Then you heard the screech of seats being flown back and then the sounds of punches and then the cries of mercy. You just happily munched on the cake like the evil little genius that you were.
Dally: Okay, so I know he's seen as the "bad boy" of the group and usually that can leave an impression that you'd have to really be or do something to impress him or take him by surprise. I don't think that. Honestly, I think people find him so intimidating that you wouldn't do things around him that you would normally do around others. Maybe he'd get embarrassed over the simplest of things? Sooooo:
P.S. This is not gonna be a romantic one. The character is around 15 while Dally is, I think, 18. I just wanted a character that Dally could see in the same light as he does with Johnny. The character knows next to nothing about Dally other than what the character hears from the stories that Pony tells.
You slurp up the remainders of your drink while you lean against the school wall. Pony is supposed to meet you here with a couple of his friends and all of ya were supposed to go to the Dingo. Someone lightly taps you on the shoulder and you look and see Ponyboy. He smiles and you smile back.
"Hey," You say, taking a look behind him. "Where are the others?"
"Down the block," He shrugged. "Come on, or we'll be late."
When you reach the others, both of them look you over and stare at you for a minute.
"Hi," You say, waving a hand. The younger one waves back while the other just nods his head.
"Alright," He says. "Let's go. I ain't gettin' any younger."
You and the older one walk up front while Pony and the younger one talk behind you. You examine the older one, noticing his blonde hair and the cold look in his eyes. Your eyes widen.
"You must be Dallas," You say. He eyes you.
"Yeah, I am? What of it?" He replied.
You shake your head. "I didn't mean anything by it. Just Pony's told me a lot about you. It's nice to finally meet ya, I guess," You say, smiling.
He looks at you for a second before scoffing. "You ain't gonna think that after tonight, kid."
You arch an eyebrow. "Oh?"
"In case you haven't noticed, I ain't the type you usually get happy about meetin'."
"I don't see why not," You say. "From what Pony's told me, you're the life of the party. Every time he tells me about your latest 'adventure' as he likes to call them, we always start burstin' out laughing because of how fun you make it. So, in other words, whenever you're around, it's never boring. You make things that are usually boring...exciting."
You ramble on without noticing how the three boys are looking at you. When you finally realize what you said, you look up and laugh nervously.
"Whoops! Sorry," You apologize. "Kinda just came out."
You look at Dally and see little flecks of pink on his cheeks. Once he realizes you're looking at him, Dallas tells the boys about a short cut down the street. They both run off after him and you end up running after them.
Dally looks back at you. "Come on, kid! You can't just talk me up like that and expect me to wait for ya! Move it!"
You glare at him and he barks in laughter. Then you smile. The flecks had gotten bigger.
...*slams head into a wall*
Well, there's my first preference. I'm done! Bah! Why do they all have to be so adorable?!?!
