Kylie's pov

*Saturday*

I woke up when my phone started ringing.

"Hello?"

"Did I wake you up?" Lauren said.

"Kinda"

"Oh, sorry. But I'm on my way cuz you need to tell me about yesterday" I could hear she was excited.

"Okey, see you soon" I said and she hung up.

I got up and changed into a big t-shirt and sweats.

3 minutes later Lauren knocked on the door.

"Wow, that was fast" I said when I opened the door.

"I couldn't wait. So tell me everything!"

We sat down on the couch and I told her everything about mine and Normani's date.

"That sounds like a movie. You looked at the stars?"

"Yeah. It was the best date ever"

"I'm so jealous" she said and laughed.

"Do you wanna eat breakfast at IHOP?" I asked.

"Sure! I mean I've already eaten breakfast but I love pancakes so let's go"

"What's the time by the way?" I asked.

"It's, 10:59 am " she said and looked at her phone.

"I just need to change clothes. I'll be back in a minute." I said and went to my room.

Lauren's pov

Kylie went to her room so I looked for her dogs.

"You're so cute" I said when I found Bambi.

"I should kidnap you" I said and laughed.

"Hey cutie" i said to Norman when he came.

"Ugh, I want a dog"

"You're so cute" I said and looked into their eyes.

"Thanks" Kylie said and smirked.

"I was talking about the dogs. It's mani's job to tell you you're cute" i said and we laughed.

"Should I text the girls and ask if they wanna join?"

"Yes!"

"Wassup hoes" Dinah said when we met at IHOP.

"Hey boo"

"Where's Ally?" Kylie asked.

"She's working. And I think she'd rather go to Waffle House" Normani said and we laughed.

When we finally sat down and looked at the menu I heard Normani say: "oh shit"
I turned around to see the girl we all hated.

"Who's that?" Kylie whispered.

"Hey mani. Hey girls. I haven't seen you in so long" she said and looked at Normani.

"Yeah, you've probably been really busy fucking other girls" mani said.

"Stop being such a bitch mani. And I can't believe you still have friends. They must really feel sorry for you."

"Shut up! I don't know who you are but don't say that to mani" Kylie said as she stood up.

I could see Kylie was getting mad.

"And who are you? Normani's girlfriend?"

"It doesn't matter. Just fuck off"

"Wow, that's so cute, but I think Normani can speak for herself"

"She can, but friends help each other so fuck off Hannah" I said and all of us stood up.

"Ugh" she said and walked away.

I looked at Normani and she was about to cry.

"Mani we're here for you. Don't listen to what she says. She's a bitch and you know it." Camila said.

"Thanks. I just need to go to the bathroom"

Kylie's pov

I went after her to the toilet. When she noticed me I hugged her.

"That was your ex right?" She nodded.

"Mani you're beautiful and nice. Don't listen to what she says."

"Thanks Kylie. But I can't help it. I always listen to people's opinion about me."

"You shouldnt. Just listen to me. You're beautiful and you're one of the best things that has happened to me since I came here. You even risked your life for me! You're a good person and you don't deserve all that hate"

A few tears streamed down her face so I hugged her.

"I wish everyone was like you Ky." She said and I laughed.

"You wanna go back to the girls?" She nodded so we went back and a girl took our orders.

Normani and I went back to my house after we ate.

"So I think I should tell you what happened between me and Hannah."

"Okay" I said and sat down on my bed.

She sat down next to me and looked at me.

"Hannah used to be my girlfriend and then one day she was hanging out with me and my friends. I went to the kitchen to grab some popcorn and when I came back I found her making out with another girl. After a few days I forgave her. I really loved her. And then of course I found out she'd been at a party and she'd been making out with 2 different girls and had sex with someone. After that I broke up with her and to be honest, I think she was kinda glad I did."

"That's awful" she nodded in agreement.

"Do you still love her?"

"No. It's impossible to love her after that."

"Thank you for telling me." I said and looked her in the eyes.

"Do you wanna go on a second date with me?" She asked out of nowhere.

"Of course I want to" I said and smiled.

"Great, I'll plan everything. I want it to be a surprise" she said and looked excited.

"You've already told me, it's not a surprise anymore"

"No I mean where we're going" she said and laughed.

"Oh" i Said and laughed with her.

"I need to go home but. I'll see you in school tomorrow.

"Okey. Bye mani"

"Bye" she said and then she was gone.
