It was the day of the MTV music awards, and you and your long term boyfriend Zayn were getting ready.
'Babe, can you do this for me?' Zayn called
'Do what ? I'm kinda busy...' You replied as you zipped up your floor length dress.
'Ok, can you help me in a second ? ' Zayn begged
'Sure' you simply replied
You continued to do your make-up before making your way to the other side of you and Zayns' bedroom.
'Zayn?' you asked as you pushed open the door.
'W..O..W!' Zayn stuttered
'You like ?' you questioned, giving him a twirl
'You are so beautiful' He said, pulling you in for a kiss.
You tied his tie and left to add any finishing touches you needed.
*At the Awards*
'Y/N! Zayn! Over here!' Many photographers shouted at you and your very well known boyfriend.
Knowing you were always nervous, Zayn placed a hand on your lower back, and walked you inside. Away from the flashing lights and cameras.
You and Zayn said hello to many famous people, before eventually making your way to your table with the rest of One Direction.
Many awards were annouced before the break, none of which One Direction won. But then again, they weren't nominated for any of the previous
catagories.
After the break, you sat back down in between Zayn and Niall. You made small talk whilst the nominations were read out by Kanye West.
Finally it came to the announcement of the winner!
'And the winner is...' Kanye began as he opened the envolope...
'ONE DIRECTION!!!!'
The boys and you jumped up and pulled everyone into a massive group hug!
You sat down, and clapped as the boys made their way to the stage.
'Wow!' Liam began
'Thank you so so much. We'd like to begin by thanking our team and managament' Liam continued before passing the microphone to Harry
'Yeah, and we'd also like to say a MASSIVE thank you to our fans and families for supporting us!' Harry then pressed further.
Zayn was then given the microphone
'I would also like to do something, could y/n please come here?' You were shocked, but did as he said..
'You know I love you, and I know all our fans do and so do the boys' He said getting on one knee..
Your mouth dropped down unintentionally.
'Will you marry me ?' Zayn asked with a massive grin and a beautiful diamond ring in the box perched in his left hand.
There was a silence that felt like forever...
'YES! I will!' you replied, almost in tears.
The whole arena filled with applause.
You left the stage with a ing on your finger and a beautiful fiance.
