They say the good, always attracts the bad, and that's exactly what happened when Kaleb and Eliza crossed paths.
Kaleb was on his way from making a dangerous drug deal with a known drug dealer. Eliza was walking hernormalshortcutfrom school, on her way home, when she seen Kaleb stuffing money into a duffle bag in front of her. Eliza almost immediately knew something about this stranger was trouble and began walking ferociously, trying to hurry past him. When Kaleb looked up at the distraught girl, he pulled out his gun and aimed it at her. Kaleb didn't know who was walking behind him and wasn't taking any chances. He looked at Eliza with a stern look and drew the gun away from her, "I'm sorry." He finally spoke then added, "I thought you were somebody else."
Eliza nodded slowly, frightened by this random boy pointing a gun at her. Tears were threatening her eyes, and Kaleb immediately regretted what he did but the man yelling after him drew him away from the frightened girl and down the street.
