our story is about a town, a small town, and the people who live in the town. from a distance, it presents itself like so many other small towns all over the world... safe. decent. innocent. get closer, though, and you start seeing the shadows underneath. the name of our town is riverdale.

"Home sweet home" I sigh as I bring in my suitcases from the back of my dads truck and into the house
"Come on I will help you bring your bags upstairs to your room and then get ready for school, you start at noon" My dad says while grabbing bags and heading up the stairs

"Mr Weatherbee will see you in his office now" The school secretary stands up and starts to walk me down the hall to his office
I get quite a few stares from the students but I continue to walk behind her and keep to myself. We get to his office and she opens the door for me
