The school day had gone by. I never knew how beligerent and Ignorant my classmates could be at times. I sighed shaking my head as i made my way down the steps. I pulled my hood up, walking swiftly through the heavy rain towards the truck.

"Issac!" I heard the familliar soprano voice of Crystal call me. I glanced over my shoulder, the slapping of her converse agaisnt the wet pavement made me stop. "I was calling you." She said as she finally caught up, stopping to catch her breath before walking ahead.

"I know." I added before spotting a familliar black blue car drive through the parking lot. My face turned to stone as I watched it. Crystal stepped into my line of view as I walked past her.

"Who is that?" Her voice trailed off when the guy stepped out of his car. Everything seemed to be moving in slow motion but it may have been the fact that I was now on edge.

The guy who stood before had to have only been a year older than me. His midnight black hair stood out against his pale skin tone. His angular face gave way that he was older and the faint bits of stubble on his chin seemed to contrast as well.

But that wasn't what caught my attention it was the familiarity of the darkness in his eyes and the resentment they held that made me freeze. I recognized this person as no one other than my brother.

"Why if it isn't little Izzy." He taunted, pushing himself off the car and our eyes met. My brothers powers were almsot the exact opposite of mine. While I prided on my mental gifts he tood pride in the physical enhancements that he had.

His strength, speed, endurance, his healing capabilities and then his senses where all heigtened making him  threat in had to hand fighting.

"The name is Issac, Virgil." I knew he hated being called by his 'Name' but it was the only way to ever shut him up. "What are you doing here?" I asked him as he walked closer to be stopped by Connor and Wallace. He looked between them both. I sighed.

My brother and I never really got along growing up. He was always more agressive and tempermental where I was the peace keeper and refused to fight when he would cause conflicts. Most of his fights were because he wanted to prove who was the dominant one and i always ahd to step in and  break them up. We were jsut like those during the Trojan war.

I was Paris in a sense I'm the Trojans and only fight when threatened where he was the Greeks fighting to conquer and dominate.

"Is there something wrong about visiting my little brother?" He asked with a cocky smirk. he pushed past the twins as they tried to stop him and I shook my head.

"Yes because I know why you're here." I responded. Anyone could feel the tension between us. The resentment was like a thick cloud that hung in the air like it could be felt.

"I'm here to take what's mine." He said before throwing a punch towards me. A barrier went up almost instantly, blocking his fist. I smirked before, blasting him backwards. He slid acorss the ground before rising abck to his feet.

"You've grown stronger." He said and I looked at him. "War is coming little brother and when it gets here any who stand against me will die." He growled before gettig into his car and driving off. I watched as the car disappeared into dense fog that had formed.

I felt my temper rise and Wallace reached before pulling Crystal back from me a wave of energy blew outward from me in a gust of wind, blowing my coat and hair.

"What was that?" Crystal asked and she looekd to Connor and Wallace who jsut shook their heads.

"Iz, You gonna be ok?" Wallace was the one that spoke his eyes glued to me since my brother left. thats when another wave rushed over everyone this time flipping a car that sat not far from us.

"Izzy, calm down." Connor was the enxt to speak and I ignored him before a third wave rushed out, blowing them backwards. this one was stornger as it sent them tubling across the ground. I shook my head and walked towards the car trying to calm myself down. Crystal whimpered as she rolled across the ground. She stood and made her way towards the truck before climbing in.

"Issac?" she asked before rubbing my arm trying to calm me. I looekd at her, my hair falling in my view.

"He's coming back and when he does i don't know what to do." I stated before looking out into the distance my eyes glued on the headlights of a truck in the distance. "I need to be prepared."
