The four of us walked across the campus to make it to the cafeteria. On the way I learned that Mai was on Lizzies softball team and that Hana had just transferred last year. Mai got in due to sports and Hana got in due to her talent in gardening. Upon walking in I scouted out the area. The room was huge! The serving line was short at the moment but the ladies passing out the food looked nice, like they enjoyed their job, and the food looked absolutely delicious, unlike most school lunches. I only said one word, "Woah." The other three laughed and queued up in line. I followed behind them looking like a lost puppy. I ended up getting a BLT, pasta salad, and a lemonade.
"Bye you two! See you later!" Liz called out to the girls as they waved, walking away to a table of nine boys all wearing turquoise jackets. I gave Lizzie a quizzical look. She just laughed and guided us to a table in the back. I looked up to the table Hana and Mai went to, only to see Mai kissing an incredible hot boy. In the light he seemed to sparkle. "That's Jared, one of the hottest and most popular boys in school. He's Mai's boyfriend," I turned to Liz, she was looking at them. After a few moments she turned to face me. "That table is a club, Normal Boots Club. Of course there are other clubs too." "Like what?" I questioned. "Well there's Normal Boots, Hidden Blocks, Game Grumps, The Banana Bus Squad, The Bro Army, The Artists, and a couple misfits who aren't in a club but work as a club." She answered, taking a bite out of her ham sandwich, "Most of the clubs are all boys. Normal Boots, Game Grumps, The Bro Army, The Artists, and The Misfits all have at least one girl in their group. We have a couple other girls in the school but not many." "Dang. That's a lot of guys." We chuckled. Across the room I heard someone spit out their drink followed by coughing and a couple "what!"s. The both of us turned to see the table Mai and Hana went to all staring at us. "Secrets out" Liz mumbled.
