Hospital Moments - Nomanda

Noah was sitting on the hospital bed and Amanda was in the waiting room... Now;

1 week ago-
Noah: Hello?
Dr. Thompson: Hello. Is this Noah?
Noah: Yes. This is he.
Dr. Thompson: Noah, this is Dr. Thompson and I'm afraid I don't have very good news for you.

Amanda: What are you doing?
Noah: I'm trying to kiss you.
Amanda: You know kissing involves lip touching, right? Noah, just do it. Kiss me. Do it.
Noah: Um, I just keep thinking about my surgery and I believe our first kiss deserves my full attention.
Amanda: I'll take 20% attention.
Noah: Yeah, I got like 8 percent, maybe 9 max.
Amanda: That's what I meant to say. 8 or 9 percent. Just kiss me.
Noah: Can I just wait 'til after my surgery?
Amanda: 'Kay, I'll give you a rain check and we'll kiss after the surgery. But just know that you started this.
Noah: Okay, okay. And I shall finish it.

Amanda's POV:
Noah's lucky he's injured. And cute.

Noah: I have a cyst in my back- I need surgery

Present day!-

Noah sat on the hospital bed. Not feeling good. However. For someone who had literally moments ago woken up from surgery; he was doing fine.

The doctor walked out and went to the main waiting area. "Amanda, you're boyfriend is awake." A sigh of relief was given from Amanda after those words had been spoken from the doctors mouth- he did not die. That was good. She was just nervous for this. How was he going to act and behave? Amanda felt like a weight was lifted off her shoulder and a wave of nervousness left her and she became more relaxed- that lasted... About 2 seconds. As all the scary things crossed her mind.

What is he developed a speaking issue?
What if he has amnesia?
What is he isn't himself anymore?

They had been through so many great memories- it was going to be hard to let this all go if anything bad were to happen.

Amanda walked into the room Noah had his surgery in; Noah looked just fine. But what if he wasn't? Amanda's heart raced fast trying to think realistically wasn't the options. She was used to the pressure and the drama. She smiled and then hugged Noah- trying to not hurt him further. The guy just got out of surgery. "He will have to stay here for 4 hours because we have to keep an eye on his back. However; you may stay here, keep him company if you like." The doctor said and walked off..

"What about the kiss?" Noah asked. "We can't do it now." Amanda said. "But why not? You wanted the kiss!" Noah argued, Noah was right- Amanda was the one that wanted the kiss. Noah smiled and got up. His back felt better but he didn't decide to tell Amanda that- Amanda moved closer and Noah was being corner into a wall- they leaned in and then kissed.

The doctor saw..

"Ok Noah- you're good. I can tell your back is in great shape now." She said and smiled- scared and shocked at what she witnessed.

The couple walked out of the waiting room. "So wanna get pizza?" Noah asked. "Sushi. Remember?" Amanda asked and laughed- "Oh yeah the pre-date," Noah said as the events rushed back

"Let's have lunch. What's your favourite food?" Noah said
"Uh... sushi?" Amanda said
"Then let's have pizza." Noah said
"I just told you my favourite food was sushi." Amanda said
"Yeah... so when we go on the first real date, we'll have sushi and it will be that much better." Noah said

"What do you wanna do with your life after dance? Would you ever move back to Sweden? Would you ever think about getting married someday?" Noah said

"That pre-date was fun." Amanda said and giggled. "Yeah, maybe we should do it again today? Like on this date?" Noah asked. "How about tomorrow?" Amanda asked and giggled again- Noah laughed. "Yeah, sure. Tomorrow." Noah said; The two laughed and then held hands- it felt like young love. But this was something serious the two had. Not like James & Riley who were now non ideal couple in A-troupe.

A few hours later they ate sushi. And then were interrupted by a text. "We're suppose to meet in studio A." Amanda told Noah. And Noah smiled- they were in Java Junction. "Alright then." Noah said. And moved out of the booth. "Let's do this!" Noah yelled not realizing other people were in the restaurant/shop like complex.

Amanda and Noah revisited studio A after one week of missing it. Amanda smiled. "It's been forever since I've been here."Amanda said "twice as long for me." Noah added onto Amanda's statement. And then all of A-troupe came and tackled the two with hugs. "LETS DO THIS!" Riley yelled and they broke out poses and started dancing-

Amanda and Noah went first. Noah almost good as new. It seemed like they were the only two with a good ending right now. But they didn't know that. They were just lost in their own words.

At the end everyone posed; they were gonna make it this year. Even if it meant having surgery and cheating on others- they would. And then the two kissed at the end of the dance. Just like James and Riley did on the regionals stage. It reminded Riley of James. But it reminded Amanda and Noah of their relationship. Their o so great relationship. They tackled a lot together. But there was still more for them to go through.
