 I jumped out of bed and got my clothes on. My phone lit up. It was Sam, of course, the only person who texts me at 9 a.m.

S - Hi, wanna hang out later

C - I was actually going to Tender Greens w/ Brennen at noon, I can ask him if its ok if you come if you want to

S - No its fine you hang out w/ Brennen

C - Ok, thx

S - Gotta go

S - Bye

C - Already, ok, bye

S - Wait, how bout dinner

C - Sure, what time and place

S - 4 o'clock and i'll make dinner at my place

C - ok, sounds cool to me

S - so its a date

S - just as friends though

C - yea, just as friends, I gotta go bye

S - ok, bye

  Sam's P.O.V.

 I sat down and went through Twitter when I heard a knock at the door. I went and opened it and it was Devyn, Corey's girlfriend. She was helping make a romantic dinner for Colby and I. I was gonna tell Colby that I was gay and I liked him, but as soon as I saw Devyn, my stomach did flips.

 I didn't tell her I was gay yet, so I guess I have to tell her know. "Hey, Devyn, before we start, can I talk to you for a minute, please?" I asked looking down. "uhh, yeah, sure, whats up? " she asked sitting down on the sofa. "When I tell you this, you promise not to get mad?" She nods "I'm gay and I have a crush on my best friend" I say looking at my fingers. "I know" She says getting up and starting the oven. "what, but I haven't told anyone yet!" I say confused. "Just the way you act around Colby makes everyone think you have a huge crush on him." "Does everyone think that?!" I asked slightly yelling. "Yea, so get your ass over here and start heating up the water. We're making Pasta." She says filling a pot up with water. I walk over and start thinking about our 'date' tonight.

 "Good luck!" Devyn yells walking out the door. Everything is set and its almost 4 so I put on my black shirt and white ripped jeans.

Colby's P.O.V.

 I was walking down the hall way to the apartment. I was nervous cause Brennen said I should tell Sam I was gay and had a crush on him. I agreed cause it was, hopefully, just us two. I knock on the door. Not even a second later, the door opened. "Hi, are you reading for our da- dinner." he said pointing over to the table full of pasta and bread. "Wow, you did this for me?" I said, amazed. " umm, yea, and I need to tell you something really important." He said grabbing my hand and pulling me over to the table. "Okay, here it goes," He said sitting down as did I, "I'mgayandIlikeyoumorethanafriend!" He said so fast I could only make out a few words, which were Gay, you, more, friend. "Umm, ok, can you say that a little slower." I asked taking a bite of my pasta. Then all he did was look down at his plate.

Sam's P.O.V.

 I looked down at my plate. I looked up at him. He said, "Are you okay"

I couldn't help but realize a little sauce on his chin.  I then did the stupidest thing at the moment. I leaned over and licked his chin. All he did was stare at his plate. "I'm going to my room." I said standing up.  I picked up my plate and went over to put it in the sink. I then started doing the dishes. As I started on my plate, I felt two arms on my hipbone. "I like you too" He whispered in my ear, which sent shivers down my spine.
