Julie sighed as she checked her phone for the time. It was half past midnight and Louis still wasn't back. He said he was going to a birthday party and would be back around midnight, and she was beginning to worry about him. She hoped that Louis would leave soon, if he hadn't already left. She also hoped that he had gotten someone to drive him home rather than drive himself, because knowing Louis, he probably got drunk, and no one should drive when they're drunk. Julie wasn't even sure if Louis had driven himself there or if he had gotten a lift from someone, which made her feel more anxious.

Julie's anxious thoughts were put to and end when she heard the front door open. She rushed into the front foyer to see Louis stumbling slightly as he turned around to lock the door. A huge wave of relief hit Julie because Louis was home and he was okay.

Louis turned around and smiled dopily when he saw Julie. "'Ello, love!"

"Hey babe," she said, walking up to him and wrapping him up in a tight hug. "What took you so long?"

"'M sorry. Los' track of time," he answered. His speech was a bit slurred, indicating that he had in fact gotten drunk like Julie had predicted.

"Please tell me you didn't drive here yourself," Julie pleaded.

Louis shook his head. "Nah, I got a ride there and back. 'M not stupid."

"Thank God," Julie breathed in relief. She hugged Louis again, but then wrinkled her nose when she got a strong whiff of alcohol and what she assumed were drugs people were smoking. She pulled back a little and saw that his eyes were slightly bloodshot. "Oh my God, are you high?"

"Mmm...Maybe." Julie raised an eyebrow suspiciously. "Alright, 'm high. Jeez, you're like my mum."

Julie was upset that Louis got high because he knew how she felt about him getting high, but it was a celebrity birthday party, and she wasn't surprised that people were getting drunk or high. However, that didn't mean she was okay with it.

"Let's get you to bed. You're going to be hungover tomorrow," Julie said, grabbing Louis' hand and leading him up the steps. Louis stumbled slightly as he followed her, but soon they reached their room.

Julie went downstairs and turned off all the lights. When she returned, Louis was already undressed lying in bed and looked like he was almost asleep. Carefully and quietly, Julie turned off the light and got into bed with Louis. He wrapped his arms around her as she snuggled into his chest, and she said goodnight before she fell asleep, her mind finally put to rest now that Louis was home and was safe.

The blaring of Julie's alarm woke her up the next morning. She groaned in irritation and shut off her alarm before sitting up. A pained moan reached her ears and she looked over to see Louis awake. His face was scrunched up in pain and he was rubbing his forehead with his fingers.

"Headache?" Julie asked, already knowing the answer.

"Yeah," Louis rasped out. His voice was coated with sleep.

"I'll get you some Tylenol. Do you want me to make you something before I leave?" Julie asked, climbing out of bed and stretching.

"I'll make myself something, but thanks," Louis answered quietly, rolling over so his back was facing the sun.

"Okay. I'm just going to get dressed first," Julie informed him.

"Okay."

Julie quickly changed into a pair of leggings and a tight black shirt. She taught dance lessons at a popular dance school in the middle of London. The company was already popular before, but now that she was dating Louis, the school was attracting more new students. As much as Julie hated to admit it, this was a perk of dating a celebrity.

After brushing her hair and tying it up in a ponytail, Julie ran downstairs and grabbed some Tylenol and a glass of water for Louis. She jogged upstairs and placed them on the nightstand on Louis' side of the bed and rubbed his arm gently, noticing he was asleep.

"Babe, I got you some Tylenol," she said softly, trying to coax Louis out of his sleep as gently as possible.

"Mmm...The sun hurts," Louis mumbled. Julie quickly went over to the window and shut the curtains. Louis sat up slowly, groaning as he did so, and took two pills. "Thanks babe," Louis said, giving Julie a thankful smile. Julie smiled back, then blushed when she noticed he was shirtless. They'd been living together for almost a year, yet she still blushed when she saw Louis shirtless. He said it was adorable but she found it embarrassing.

Suddenly, Julie noticed something. It was small and faint, barely there, but it looked like some sort of mark on his neck. Julie wanted to get a closer look at it, but Louis was sitting right there. She decided it wasn't important and said, "Well, I'm off to work. I'll see you when I get home. Love you."

"Love you too," Louis said, waving as she rushed out of the room to get to work, knowing that she would get stuck in traffic if she didn't hurry.
