The virgin lesson

Why?

       After my mom told me that dad was cheating on her I was so angry,that means all the time when he said he was at work,he was actually with his assistant nurse.

 
  I don't even want to see his face ever, mom told me not to say any thing but I think I can't keep my mouth shut. I want to convince mom to confront him.

  I went downstairs for some break fast to head out for school.

“Good morning mom ,” I said and kissed her on the cheek.

“ Good morning sweetie,” she said.

“ Mom, I want you to confront dad,” I said.

“Emily,I can't, ” she said.

“Mom please do it or else I will,I need an explanation from him,I need to know why he did it,” I said.

“I gotta go see you later,” I said.

Today I'm walking to school by myself, I just want to be alone and think about what's gonna happen when mom and dad split up.

Why did dad have to screw everything up? Why?

Mom loves him and she's afraid to lose him. Adam his going to freak out when he find out.

When I arrived at school I went straight to my locker, I don't feel like talking to any one. The first class I have today is chemistry and I hate chemistry but I have to go.

“Good morning class, today we'll be doing a pair work,”  Mr.Stern said.

“ So, andy you and tianna, Emily you and Felix,” he said.

Oh no! Why? My day just got more worst.

After he was finish calling the names, “Now get in your pairs, you will be working on a project due next week,your going look up for the first set of persons who started chemistry,”  he said.

I have a feeling that I'm going to be the person who does everything.

“So, I guess we are partners ,” Felix said.

“ I guess we are,” I said skipping through my text book.

“So who are we doing this project on?” he asked.

“I don't know as yet,” I said.

“Hello can you stop skipping through that book and look at me ,”he said.
  
“What?” I said.

“Your a feisty one,”he smirked.

What is with these guys and their smirks these days, but Felix's one is hot.

“Tell me about yourself?” he asked.

“Like seriously, your kidding right,” I said laughing.

“ Why are you laughing, your my sister's best friend I should at least know something about you,” he said.

“Okay,I like reading, I'm allergic to peanuts , I like adventurous movies,I kind of like bad boys and I'm  afraid of heights, ” I said.

“You like bad boys eh,” he said furrowing his eyebow.

“ Your time to share now,” I said.

“Well I hate reading , I love having sex , hate boring class, I like horror movies and I love to have fun,” he said.

              Ring! Ring! Ring

I packed up my stuff and was about to leave when Felix grabbed my hand, “Nice getting to know you,see you around,” he said.

“Okay,” I said and rushed out of the class.

I walked to my locker only to see my best friend looking pissed at me.

“ Hey Hayley what's up,” I said trying to put on a smile.

“Don't Hayley me where were you this morning, I asked you to wait on me and you left me stranded in the front of the school,” she said.

“I'm sorry , I wasn't in the mood, ” I said.

“Wasn't in the mood to wait on your best friend, ” she said.

“ I'm sorry okay, my dad is cheating on my mom and sorry again if I wasn't in the mood I have a lot on my mind,” I snapped.

“I-I-I'm so sorry,”she stammered.

“ How could he do that? Why?” I started to cry.

“Its gonna be okay em,” Hayley said comforting me.

“I don't want to go to class,” I said.

“Do you want to skip class?” she asked.

I nod yes.

So we did skip class and went to our thinking spot, under a big tree by the field.

My dad just ruin my family and he doesn't even see it. I HATE HIM.

After school I went home and straight to my room and started blasting  the music very loud to block every thing out of my mind.

Dad is coming home tonight and I can't wait yeaa! ( note the sarcasm).

Later that night while it was dinner, dad came in.

“Good night sweetie,” he said and kissed mom.

“Mom I'm going to have dinner in my room,”  I said.

“ Sweet heart why don't you stay at the table with us,” dad said.

And I just sit back down.

“ So guys,why don't we all go on a trip as a family,”  he said.

“Aren't you afraid they might call you back to work,” I said.

“What!” he said.

“Dad why don't you please stop pretending you don't know what's going on,” I said harshly.

“ What are you talking about,” he said.

“Emily  don't please,” mom begged.

“No mom I need to know why,  dad why are you cheating on mom?” I asked.

Dad was shocked.

“ You didn't think we weren't going to find out, ” I said.

“Sweetie its not what you think ,” he said.

“Dad is this true?” Adam asked shocked.

“Yes but I didn't mean to,” he said.

“Dad you just ruin this whole family, mom loves you and this is what she gets in return,” I said crying.

“ Honey...” he was trying to say to mom before she cut him off.

“Dont honey me David you can just start packing your stuffs from now because we don't want to ever see you again,” mom said crying.

“Adam, son,” dad said.

“Dont say any thing to me,” Adam said and ran to his room.

“ I hate you dad and I'm not taking it back ,go live happily ever after with your assistant,” I said.

“Here's the divorce papers,” mom said handing him an envelope.

“ Good by daddy,”  I said and ran to my room.

I went into Adam's room to see him crying, I walked over to him and hugged him.

“It will be okay,” I said. Those were the only  words I could have said.
