“Heyyyy mama Jessica!!,”hayley said greeting my mom,“Hi Hayley long time no see,how are you ?” mom asked amused by the nick name that Hayley gave her,“ I'm fine,just happy to see you again,”hayley said while hugging my mom, “Well your just in....” mom was trying to say before Hayley cut her off,“ Mmmmm smells good,is it lasagna?” Hayley ask giggling like a mad person.
“Yes it is....its chicken lasagna, ”mom said. “Yeaaaa!!”hayley squeal,“It looks like I chose the right night to come over,” she said.“Come on let's go upstairs,” I said.
“ So,um..em my brother is having a party and he said I can invite my friends, and I was wondering if you could........” Hayley said or should I say tried to say before I cut her off, “ No I'm not coming,” I said,“ Oh come on, you have to come this is our last year in high school before we take off to college and you haven't been to a party over a century now, so please come for me,” she said giving me puppy eyes and tbh it always work but she's right I haven't been to a party over a year and since as this is our last year I'm going to go to that stupid party.
“Fine,I'll go to this stupid party,” i said,“Yeaaaaaaa!”she squeal. I'm happy that she's happy ,but wait I'm going to a super cool party and I don't have anything to wear,this is bad like really bad.
“ Its okay,we'll go shopping tomorrow before the party,” she said looking at my worried face,it looks like my best friend can read my mind.“ Guys,dinner is ready!” mom shouted, “ Coming!” we shouted in unison.
During dinner,dad came in late,“Hey honey,” dad said while kissing mom,well that was eww. “Um hello we are right here you know,” I said annoyed by seeing my parents kiss in front us and my friend.
“Well mom,hayley invited me to a party tomorrow,so can I go?” I asked feeling nervous, “Of course you can sweetie,” she said without hesitating. “Really? Thank you mom,” I said smiling, “Your welcome,your head is always deep down your books and you deserve a break sometimes you know,” she said.
“Bravo,your finally going to a party your progressing, I gotta give you a thumbs up for that,” Adam said applauding. “Just make sure that your ugly face doesn't scare the dudes away,” he said laughing, so I hit him in the head, “Ouch! That hurts you know,” he said rubbing his head and sticking his tongue out at me and I just roll my eyes at how stupid he looks right now. “So mom,tomorrow I'm going over Andy's house for a sleep over ,” he said.
“Okay hon,” mom said.
After dinner I helped mom wash and then Hayley left. I went upstairs and had a cold shower,and jumped into my pyjamas with a bunny on it.
