Thoughts/Truth Chapter 4

~Amy p.o.v.~

I came back from the castle and went back to my home and when I entered home Sonic was there sitting on the couch drinking a glass of blood wine "where were you at this hour?" he asked concerned and a little grumpy then I rolled my eyes as I took off my cape "I was out at the castle of the dark kingdom" I said "what the hell were you doing there?" he asked "father told me to go there plus I know where the king's bedroom is, I saw him sleeping peacefully and when I was close to him I knew I had the chance to kill him but I didn't" I said as I walked into the kitchen getting myself a drink of blood "why didn't you, I thought that is what you want....but then it isn't the day to make a move" he said and nodded my head "exactly, plus there is too many guards in fact there is more than usual" I said looking down at my now empty glass then I put it in the sink and walked towards Sonic and peck him on the lips saying goodnight and walk out of the kitchen to my room. I kept thinking why I couldn't kill the king, why I hesitated. That is so not me, I usually kill without hesitation and sometimes with no mercy. Why him out of all people, is what I am thinking. I just let myself to sleep for tomorrow is a busy day.

~Shadow p.o.v.~

I kept thinking of what my father said to me and than there is her in my mind too.
~flashback~
I walked into my father's study room to see him signing a paper and put it in a pile of other papers "hello father" I said greeting him "hello son, is there something you need" he asked as he put his attention towards me and sat back on his chair as he folded his hand together "I wanted to ask if you know a girl with long pink wavy hair and green eyes, does she sound familiar to you?" I asked while I sat down on a chair across from my father "hmm...I think I might know her" he said then he open the drewer to the left side of the desk and he took out a paper and open it "is this her of who you were talking about?" he asked as he handed me the paper and I took it to see it is her but on the top of the paper it says most wanted and if she is found they will reward them for 3,000,000 gold pieces "yeah that is her, but may I ask why is she wanted?" I asked father "well mainly she is mosted wanted in the dark kingdom and we are just helping them, for she is a theif and a killer and if you get in her way she will you, so it is best to watch your back my son because she is a bad one, I will admit she is smart and has great moves but I know that sooner or later she will get caught" he said and I am surprise to hear from a girl who looks harmless, isn't it like they always say never judge a book by it's cover.

"Does she always wear a mask, father?" I asked and he nodded "indeed she does, she never takes it off, so we don't know her real description and no matter how many times you want to get her, she would never be stupid enough to get caught right on the trap, she is very difficult" my father said and he told me other stuff about her, like how she was on the wanted list then transfer her into the top most wanted list because she killed all those people that got in her way and that she could rob anything easily without you knowing that your stuff isn't there anymore but she isn't working alone because she has this partner of hers and his name Nightmare Flash.
~End flashback~
There is so much interesting information about her too, I want to help the guards on finding her too and maybe while I am doing that, I could find something about Amelia. This isn't the only thing that got me interested
~Flashback~
"Son it is time for you to know the truth, and it is wrong of me to keep it from you these past years" he said looking out the window with his hands together in the back while I am sitting here in front of his desk listening to what he has to say "go ahead father" I said "Amelia has been gone for many years and to tell you the truth she has not been captured by humans, but she has been captured by Scourge" he said and I am here totally lost on what he is saying "I don't understand what you are saying father and who or what is this Scourge?" I asked confused while he was looking for something in his desk then he took out another piece of fold piece of paper and he gave it to me.

I grab the paper to show a vampire male and it also said most wanted "his name is Sourge, he is also most wanted just like Nightmare Rose and Nightmare Flash, he is the brother of king Alexander of the Dark kingdom" he said and curiousity got the best of me I want to know more "why and how is he most wanted father" I asked with curiosity then he sat down on his chair and lean on his desk with his hands together "well when you were still little, you and I were about to go to Amelia's party but out of the blue I received some news saying that the Dark kingdom was attacked and that Amelia was missing and the vampire that attacked the kingdom was Scourge and he didn't just attack the kingdom for fun he wanted to get Amelia and queen Alina bit it seems that queen Alina didn't make it so instead he took Amelia and ever since Amelia was missing king Alexander never came out of his castle nor ever showed his face to the kingdom ever again" he said and to be honest it is really sad " but father, why are you telling me now" I asked "like I said it is wrong of me to not tell you the truth and thought of something, her eyes makes me feel like I know her but I just don't know what" he said "okay and what is your point father?" I asked wanting to understand more "my point son is that I want you to become friends with this criminal secretly and maybe just maybe she could be a hint of something that could lead us to her secret spot and maybe she could be working for Scourge" he said pointing to Nightmare rose picture "okay so let me get this straight, you want me to secretly become friends with this criminal and gain her trust so she could lead me to her spot and maybe there is a possibility that she could be working for Scourge" I said making the plan clear and he nodded "yes" he said
~end of flashback~
If this is the way to find Amelia then I'll do it, I miss her. Amelia where are you, I miss you.

out of the blue he stretched out his hand to give me a rose and that made me take a step back by the surprise "please take this and accept my feelings please because I like you a lot ever since you helped me on that day I have this warm feeling in my stomach and these past few days it got lot stronger, and I am ready now to confess my feelings towards you now" he said and I looked at him confuse yet worried
