Lost and Found

A long time ago in galaxy far, far away...

Where was he? An anxious boy gripped his hands together providing warmth for him under the cold night sky. The rusted metal he was laying reflected the moon's' light and absorbed the heat. Unable to fall asleep he slowly trudged outside covering his feet with the grainy golden sand. He tilted his head up admiring the twinkling stars. He remembered him and his mum always gazing at the stars singing songs and lullabies. His eyes soon teared up and a silent cry filled up the lonely desert. His eyes soon drifted off as he collapsed onto the sand for a peaceful rest.

CT-1789 stormed through the cockpit helmet turned to the captain. His feet firm onto the ground, he faced captain awaiting his response. After a good few moments the captain acknowledged his presence and spoke-

Captain: What do you want shiny?

The trooper was annoyed when he was called 'shiny'. 'Shinies' are the phrase called when a trooper has clean, shiny armour suggesting he hasn't went into battle. The trooper nevertheless, ignored the captain's semi insult and asked him-

CT-1789: I received a hologram from Major Mei and she's requesting us to check on the planet Jedha, since we are already in the Mid Rim.

Captain: Send a transmission to the Major saying that Captain Derek is on his way to Jedha.

CT-1789: Ay- *cough* uh *cough*... Pardon me captain.

Captain Derek: Aiyuh? That's a nice name shiny. You see I'm not gonna have the time to call you by your number. Aiyuh is a nice and simple name. Now go and wake up Master Joey because we're about to land in about 5 minutes.

Aiyuh nods. He walks out of the cockpit and into the main quarters. He reaches out his hand and shakes the Jedi master on the arm. The Jedi master instantly opens his eyes and gets a firm stand on the ground.

Master Joey: Sorry sergeant, so what's the report so far?

Aiyuh: We have to report to the planet Jedha for a few check ups since we are already in the Mid Rim..

Master Joey nods and sits down on his seat holding his lightsaber. He feels a longing presence. He feels something in the Force that he has never felt before. A strong presence bewilders him for the minutes spent on the ship until it lands on the planet Jedha.

Travellers and scavengers like Rune get anything they get. From metal scraps to rubbish found in these nearby caves is treasure to the locals around here. As he searches the remains of a cave that has been neglected for may years something appeals to the eye. A small gap between the orange rock walls beams a neon yellow light. Rune slowly approaches the light removing the small rocks and stones that obstructs his way. After a few moments Rune picks up a rather unusual crystallised stone. The ragged shiny crystal gives out a fluorescent yellow light. After a few minutes small sounds occur here and there. The sounds gradually get louder and Rune starts to make his way out. Suddenly rocks fall onto the floor and the Rune quickly sprints out avoiding the rocks to crush him like a small bug. When he makes it put he turns back to see the remaining rubble. He dusted off the excess dust and small rocks off his body. He picks up his knapsack and continues his way to the nearby town. What he is soon to realise is that he possesses one of the most valuable items you could ever hold. A force sensitive Kyber Crystal.
