A year passed we still didn't find Cliff, I feel alone without my lost mate. At one point I just thought he died, then Midnight said "oh that looks like Cliff!" I couldn't believe it! He was with three other male wolves and it looked like he was tired. I said "think fast we need a plan quick!" Then Kendal said "lets all go sneak up on the three wolves and then attack them while you, Clover get Cliff." "Good idea!" I said. We sneaked up and the plan worked like a charm, after fighting with the wolves I got a cut on my back, but I will be fine. Except, Cliff tried running away. "Leave it to me guys." I said.
It became night and I finally found Cliff, again and we were on a mountain with the perfect view of the full moon. I looked into his deep green eyes, "Cliff!" He didn't respond, "Cliff!-............ it- it's me you- your long... lost mate-" I growled and pounced on him, please, please! Tell me you know me!!! Please I started crying. "Clover?" He said "I said CLIFF!!!" I laughed and pounced on him playfully. He said how did you find me? I said "first of all why did you escape?" He replied "I had no choice it was my old alpha staring at me, and saying in his eyes, you have to come back or i will kill you." I gasped "he said don't worry you saved my life and thats all that matters." He licked my ears and face, and said "i am madly in love with you, and nothing with change that." I brought him to the den, and everyone was happy to see him. The pack slept together at night, while me and Cliff talked about cubs, we planned to have them. He playfully pounced on me and licked my wound, "he said sincerely, I love you and I will take care of you." I said "I love you more." We fell asleep together that night.
