Chapter 7 - Losing Control

Luna POV

It's been about 6 hours since I got out of the cabin to try and sniff the area and get used to everything. I was in my wolf form, so it isn't weird................ Right....?

"Luna, what are you doing...?" I heard Jay chuckle from the doorstep of the cabin. Wait, I forgot to say, the cabin is in a clearing in the forest we're in right now. Woopdidoo.

"AH! Don't scare me!! I got claws, and I'm not afraid to use 'em!!" He laughed after I said that, and while I said that, I felt my cheeks burning. Ugh, why now...?!

"You wouldn't hurt me, and I know it!!" Ugh, I hate when he tries to be cute... "Jay, no.... just no..... no....!" I chuckled after telling him that, him doing the same. "You never answered my question." Jay said, expecting me to not answer.

"Uh.... I'm just.... LOOKING AROUND!!!!" I looked away, embarrassed that I was giving in to my wolf senses. "Hm... well, you're in your wolf form, so are ya sniffin around, dude?" He chuckled, me getting even more embarrassed. "PFFT, WHAAAAT?!?! NOOOOOOOOO........... it's obvious isn't it?" Well, I am now about to die.

"Yeah, naw. It's not obvious at all! Such sarcasm I'm giving you, right now, huh?" Jay said, playfully.

"Yeah, yeah. And either way, I have a good reason for doing so. Sniffing around, I mean." I said, it's part of what us wolves do. We have to get used to our location, and step one is getting used to such scents.

"Really? Then why ARE you sniffing around, huh?" God damn it, wouldn't he know? Haven't I told him in our drea- wait. I don't even know if he has the same dreams. "Because it's what wolves have to do to get used to a location, dumb dumb. Other wise, we won't be comfortable in the new area. And, there are possibilities for us to run off to the area that we're used to if we lose control. THEREFOR, I SNIFF!!" I pointed at him playfully when I said the last part. "Oh.... haha, why didn't you tell me?" That's it, I'm going to kill him. "YOU DIDN'T ASK!!!" I yelled at him, but not angrily. I have a lot of control right now, which is surprising. I'm in my wolf form, and yet I don't crave... well, blood and flesh of animals.

Actually..... now that I think about it.... I am craving some blood..... a LOT of blood....... I started to get dizzy.

I looked at Jay, and he had a terrified look on his face. "What?" I asked, not knowing what the heck is going on. "Y-Your eyes.......... their..... blood red.... and their like a cat when they angry...." wait..... no.... no...no.....nononononononononono!!!! "What?......" No... I might attack him.... "Lock yourself up in the cabin. Tell Brandon and Emily to stay inside, you do the same!!" I told him sternly. Next thing I knew..... my vision was red colored, and weird.

"LUNA!!! NO, DON'T!!!" I heard Jay yell at me. I couldn't stop though.

"LUNA!!! STAY BACK!!!" Jay yelled at me more, trying to snap me out of it. I couldn't stop at all.

I pounced at him, trying to.... kill....... him.... I heard a howl in the forest.

I made a warning howl, making sure those wolves wouldn't come into my territory. I felt a shuffle under me, I looked down to see Jay had escaped. He ran inside, and locked the door. I ran after him, and tried to get the door open, but to no avail, for I had lost control....

Jay POV (finally, jeez)

I ran inside as fast as I could, I had to. I would've died if I didn't. Luna banged and banged on the door, trying to break it open. It stopped suddenly, I opened the door slightly.....

Big mistake...

Luna crashed into me, and made me fall, her on top of me again. I didn't know what to do... I was stuck, Brandon and Emily are asleep in other rooms, but they locked their doors. "Luna.... please...." This can't be happening, I was hyperventilating, she raised her hoof- PAW!!

When she was about to crash onto my face and scratch me, I got an idea.

"Please don't hate me after I do this..." She looked at me confused. Here's my chance.......

"I grabbed her head, and leaned in....

Her eyes went wide, as I kissed her, keeping my eyes closed, and readying for another attack from her.

She pulled away, and stepped back a couple of times. She looked up at me, with her normal eyes.

I was crimson red when she looked at me, and the same goes for her.

Another howl was heard outside, and Luna's eyes went back to crimson red and slits for pupils. She ran outside, and she ran into the forest. I ran after her. She looked behind her to see me, and stopped, me doing the same. "GO BACK!!! This is wolf business, Jay." Wolf business? Eh, I'll butt out, rather than butt in.

"I... *sigh* Ok. But please..." I said...

Luna POV

"Yes...?" What does he want now? I HAVE TO GET TO THE WOLF CALL!!

"Please.........."

"Come back....."

HA, WHAT SHALL HAPPEN?!?! I DO NOT KNOW!!!!! Huehuehuehuehuehue!!!! I feel so bad to end it, JUST LIKE THAT!!! STILL ENDING THIS CHAPTER THO!!! WOO, I HOPE YOU PEOPLE ARE A'IGHT, CAUSE I'M A'IGHT!!! A'IGHT, SEE YA IN THE NEXT CHAPTER!!!
