"Adrian they got her to the hospital and thats all i know i'll head up there as soon as i get you out of here." I said to her now realizing what she meant by she wasnt breathing. I looked at my duaghter her eyes were read from the tears she cried. Biologically she wasn't my duaghter but to me that didn't matter. When i signed those papers they were my children end of story

"Mr.Ruiz can we talk" The officer walking towards me.I looked at adrian who was still crying and walked over to the officers desk.

"So how long before she's let out?" I asked, small talk was ideal at this point time was precious right now

"Well thats the thing Mr.Ruiz the courts has decided to put her in juvie for a couple of weeks." He said handing me some papers." The court date is at the bottom thats when they will decide wether she stays in juvie or not."

"What this is her first offense." I said to the officer

"It's Not mr.ruiz it's her second, it's there in her file." He said looking at the paper i sat down " Also in the assult is consider a felony she not onlt bruised and scraped the girl she also broke the girls wrist and bruised two of her ribs."

"So whens the court date?' I asked picking up the papers to read them.

"Two weeks from now." He said "She'll be takin to the facility later on tonight."

"But her twin is in the hospital is ts there any way you can let her out to see her?" I asked almost with a pleding voice.

"Well...............She wont be transported till five tonight and its only 11:30 so i guess she can. But i will have two officers with you so she won't go any where." He said grabbing his walkie.

I walked back over to adrians cell were she was and she wasn't crying any more she was just in the corner sitting with her knee's by her chest. She snapped her head up as soon as she heard me coming next to the cell.

"Hector when can i get out of here?" She said getting up and walking up to the bars.

"There are some difficulties. Adrian there gonna be sending you to juvie for a little while."

"WHATT?! Oh no hector i can't go there what about anju i have to see her and make sure she is alright." 

"That's one good thing there gonna let you go to the hospital for a while to see her but two officers will be with us."

"Hector how long will i be in juvie?"

"For two weeks that's when the court date is in two weeks."

She said nothing and just looked at me, Even though i knew with adrians character she was gonna handle her self just fine in juvie but that was no place for her to be.

"Alright ruiz you'll be let out for a couple hours then taken to the detention center." The officer said walking up and unlocking the cell. She stepped out and hugged me

"Im so sorry for all this mess." She whispherd into me.I just hugged her back and then we walked out the station escorted  by the officers.I took out my phone and called Elena she was the one who called me and told me bout anju.

 "Hector. Will they be releasing her?"She said gettign straight to the point

"No. There gonna send her to juvie, her court date isnt for two weeks. But there allowing her since she wont be transferred till 5 there allowing her to come to the hospital."I said unlocking the door so we would get in.
