Luke's POV

I couldn't believe what I had to see right now. My beautiful mate was all messed up and it's all my fault.

"Luke how is she doing?" Calum asked while poking his head into the room.

"I don't know she hasn't woken up yet." I whisper.

"Oh alright, hey Brianna woke up wanna check on her?"

"No I'll just wait here until Bella wakes up." I state while playing with the natural curls of Bella's hair.

He simply nods then walks out.

"C'mon Bella wake up please, I need you, Collin needs you."

I hold her hand and put my head on her stomach.

I inhale her sweet smell of fruitiness and then I just listen to her heart beat monitor.

Beep... Beep... Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep

I look up and see she's not breathing anymore. I start to panic.

" DOCTOR MICHAEL!!" I scream.

He comes in and then starts putting needles in her and then soon he asks me to leave.

"No! I can't leave her no!"

"Ashton get Luke." He says.

Soon Ashton takes me out of the room and tells me to calm down.

About two hours later he comes out of the room with a sad look.

"No, do not tell me what I think you're going to tell me." I point at him.

"I'm sorry Luke but she didn't make it." He explains.

My heart had been shattered into a billion pieces I can't lose her. I love her.

I fall of the ground and I just stare and the floor motionless.

I wonder what Collin is going to think when he finds out his mate is dead.

Not to mention so is mine.

Calum's POV

I feel this pang in my chest while I walk to Brianna's room and I don't know what it is. I can't seem to put my finger on it.

I mind link Luke asking if everything's alright and he says two words that explains everything.

She's dead.

Those two words was like being hit with a hammer.

Sure she wasn't my mate but she still was the Luna of the pack and I respect her and plus she was like a little sister to me that I loved.

I breath in and out while my wolf is howling of sorrow inside me.

I suck it up while I head to Brianna's room.

I turn the knob and enter looking at the floor.

"Hey Calum." She chokes out.

She's still a little sick but other than that she's fine.

I head to her bed and sit next to her.

"Is everything ok? Whats wrong?" She questions while looking towards me.

"Bella she's... She didn't make it." I whisper and when I look at her she's motionless with tears welling up in her eyes.

"She.... She can't b-be you're l-lying." She sobs.

I pull her into a hug while she cries in my chest.

I rub her back comforting her and whisper sweet nothings into her ear, trying to cheer her up.
