I poked my head out of my blankets once again after I heard the water start. I secretly hoped that she didn't find my potions under the sink. I pulled my spell book out from under the blankets, flipping through the pages to find where it says how you know if another's witch is near. I found it and skimmed over the words.
I continued reading until I found what I needed. 'You will feel a powerful presence if you have found an alpha witch, or a sweet even seductive presence if you are near a beta witch.'
Of course I am a beta witch because I have strong healing power and weak fighting power, yet I can still fight using poison of plants.
I sighed, burying my book back In the blankets, hopping out of the hammock, pulling down my over sized sweatshirt. I tottered over to the fridge, but decided against eating anything. I pulled myself up onto the counter, slipping into my thoughts, not realizing that I had fallen asleep until I was lifted up by Ashley.
"A-ash?"
"It's fine kiddo, I'm bringing you to your bed. You fell asleep on the counter."
"Oh o-okay."
"G-night Mel."
"G-g-night"
