Bakatsuki repeats the same lines again and again. Schwarz, who was controlling the wires, hesitates but decides to tighten the wires. The dark aura around Bakatsuki slowly fades away as the wires tighten and does damage. Even so, Bakatsuki retains his arm stretched position and seems to be ignoring the pain.
“A few more seconds and you should be able to pierce him with the chain,” Ai says.
“She’s right but… Something’s off. I get the feeling he hasn’t let himself lose just yet. But why isn’t he resisting?”
Schwarz shakes his head.
“No. It’s better this way. Ending it before something happens would be the best course of action.”
Schwarz commands the wires to tighten and at the same time he readies the chain from the white glowing link. Meanwhile…
In Bakatsuki’s thoughts…
“Geno Glendan. The man many admire.”
Because he was perfect.
“Many wish to be.”
Because he was ‘Number One’.
“Many dreams to be.”
Because he was the best.
“Many wants to be.”
Because he could achieve anything.
“Many want to be with.”
Because every girl wanted a man like him.
“And… envies.”
Because how could he have all… and ‘I’ have none?
“Like a star, he shines so bright. Oh, how I wish I could take it… The ever so brightly shining… LIGHT!”
At that instant, Bakatsuki is suddenly shrouded in thick aura, but the aura wasn’t dark and murky like usual… it was white!
“What?!” Schwarz is caught off guard and the wires were instantly blown away!
“LIGHT!!!” Bakatsuki shouts for it and… Schwarz’ eye sight begins to weaken!
“What’s happening?! My sight’s getting blurry all of a sudden!”
Schwarz struggles to know what was going on. He rubs his eyes again and again but it just keeps getting worse! At that moment, he felt a crushing pinch on his neck. It was Bakatsuki! His left hand had manifested a gigantic pincer clad in white plating. At the joint of it was an eye glaring at Schwarz!
“You’re light… IS MINE!!!”
And Schwarz completely loses his sight. Drowned in darkness, he flails in the hold of the pincers trying to escape. He tries to use the wires but they aimlessly whip just around Bakatsuki’s location.
“Geno! Geno!! GENO!!!” Bakatsuki grows in anger as he looks at the face of Schwarz whose face bears significant resemblance to Geno.
Before Bakatsuki crushes his neck, Schwarz managed to feel the pincers and wrapped wires around it. Right after he did that, he shot several strands of wires all around the rooftop and managed to connect some to the walls, floor, and everything that was on the rooftop. This prevented the pincers from sinking in further.
“The wires won’t be able to hold out much longer. I have to find a way to break free but I can’t see a thing!”
The situation goes even dire as Bakatsuki summons another pincer and starts cutting off the wires restraining the pincers! Schwarz begins to feel the pressure getting harder but little does he know of what’s Bakatsuki doing!
