As the chaos overruns the NCR, the private jet that Marcion used to escape Hugh and the others flies towards the capital. Meanwhile, back at the airport in Legazpi...
"How're we going to get to them now? All the aircraft in the vicinity's been totaled," Sven checks a wrecked chopper that seems to have been sliced up by something.
"I've contacted the others who were guarding Ken. They're on their way right now," Allona said.
"Then we have to wait..." Hugh said.
"But while we wait, the capital's getting ravaged!"
All the rest remain silent. They could do nothing but hope for the others to arrive. Meanwhile, inside the private jet, Schwarz' dark blue aura was slowly dissipating. Marcion noticed and decides to tell him a certain secret that he never knew...
After he told him of the secret, the aura around Schwarz becomes deeper but stable. It was as if he has become decided to do what it is that they were going to do.
"Anyway, was it okay for that kid to stay behind?" Schwarz asked.
"Patrick is stronger than he looks. You saw wha-Never mind. I mean, with what he went through, he'll be more than enough to hold them back."
Back at the airport, Chee had just arrived when...
"What happened here?" Kedrick, along with the rest, go down the vehicle and survey the area.
"Something 'sliced up' these aircrafts. Obviously a Spectre. But to think that those guys could think smart," Hugh says as he tries to get a scrap of metal from one of the wreckages.
As they were talking how to get to the capital, a shadow lurks from behind them. It readies its red knife and swings it. But beforehand, Sven had set up wires from his EX-Arm while he was scouting the place. When the blood red shockwave impacted the screen, electrical bursts shoot through the place! Sparks fly and everyone but Sven jump in surprise.
"Was that the 'thing' you were talking about?" Sven asked as he readies his stance.
From the shadows came a man, obviously possessed, with a large red knife. He was shrouded in a deep crimson aura and his eyes blood red with anger. The team prepare on their end.
"So the attack it does is a shockwave type. I'll take care of him," Sven said.
"Alone?" Allona asked.
Hugh pats her.
"They want to stall us. We have to get to the capital and coordinate with the EB Main Branch."
The possessed man wastes no time and lunges towards them. Sven, as proposed, intercepts him with his EX-Arm.
"Hurry!" Sven yelled as he shoved his foe.
The others hop inside the vehicle and gets away from the place. Sven and the possessed man juke it out as sparks fly throughout the area as the vehicle gets away. Hugh notices Allona's anxiety and comforts her.
"Sven's got the advantage against it as long as it doesn't get close to him. Anyway, we should be dealing with the problem in our hands."
"But first, how are we going to get there?" Marcus asked.
"You guys probably have aircrafts back in your branch, right? Why don't we use them?" Kedrick remembers that every EB has aircraft in every region.
"No good. The crisis in the capital requested every able force from around the mainland Luzon to assist. This branch is no exception," Allona said.
The crew brainstorm once more as the vehicle zooms through the highway. Just then, Chee thought of something...
"Hey, maybe I could get us there..."
